I've usually been taken over a half hour after my scheduled appointment and rushed through (hence the uneven cuts). I've had better haircuts and I've had worse, hence the three stars. While the staff is friendly enough, I'm on the fence whether I'll continue as a customer as I haven't found a decent place in the area for a great cut that I don't have to spend hours upkeeping (the local stylist I had before I went to Hair House moved out of state and I'm hard pressed to find someone whose results would have people stop me in the street to ask where I get my hair done even weeks after I've been to the salon).
