After leaving an HONEST review on both Google and FB, I've been harassed multiple times by several of their employees. This salon is horrible. The stylists are horrible and now, they're harassing me which makes them UNPROFESSIONAL on every level. Ever since Diane left it's went DOWN HILL FAST. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON. It's filthy, unsanitary and I got a nail fungus from the nasty nail tech. Chloe, one of the stylists has made sure to harass me on every social platform she can. I have loved every cut/color I have gotten at this salon! Chloe has always taken the time to not only give me an amazing cut / color but also make me feel like a valued customer. I moved here last year and was super lucky to find this saloon and have her be my stylist. She has worked with me to make sure that she fully understands what I'm wanting that day and always gives me the balayage or highlights I really want. She works with me to explain what she is doing and why she is doing what she is. I've had issues in the past with bad hair cuts and have not had that issue here at all! read more

Chloe has been doing my hair for years! She is amazing when it comes to coloring especially fashion colors! She has been able to transform my hair to every color in the rainbow safely. She is always friendly and welcoming. Chloe is great with children as well. She gave my nephew his first haircut and was incredibly patient with him. Location is clean and convenient. read more

Diana has been in charge of my hair for YEARS and I won't go anywhere else. She's cut, colored, highlighted, lowlighted it... I've had several keratin treatments and she's even done extensions for me. She also styles my hair for special events and it always turns out amazing! Diana is a very talented stylist and just a really great person! If you plan on making an appointment to see her, you MUST plan ahead. She is so good she books up very quickly because people know how good she is. She also cuts my husband and my 11 year old son's hair. I also go to the salon to see Anna and she does my nails. She is very trendy and has a zillion options and colors. I get gel polish on my fingers and she has matching regular polish for my toes. She keeps her stuff clean an sanitized. Chloe is also a great stylist! She is talented and creative. You can bring her a picture of what you want and she will nail it! She has done my hair for special occasions and cut my son's hair a few times. Everyone who works there is always smiling and happy. I always look forward to my appointments. They are life savers!!! It was my birthday and I had made an appointment with one salon. I get to my appointment 10 minuets early, they said that the girl that was going to do my hair was not coming. I understand life happens but maybe a text or call would have been nice. Anyway, I desperately call other salon but they didn't pick up. Finally, I call Atmosphere and Khloe pick up the phone and very kindly help me to book an appointment immediately. The girls there are amazing Khloe did such an amazing job!! I was very happy and once my husband saw me he was very happy as well. They also have Anna a magician with the nails. I was even more lucky when Anna squeeze me into her schedule. I cannot say enough words of gratitude and admiration for this salon. The service is amazing and the talent of the girls incomparable!! read more

During the past 26 years of living in KS, I've been searching for a stylist has expertise in using the best color products on the market and is talented in precision cutting my hair. Based upon my visit with Stephanie at Salon Expose, yesterday I decided it was time for me to share my experience with others. The last time I received an impressive, precision hair cut was when I visited my daughter's hair salon in Northern NJ. I was so impressed and tried for many months to find a salon here that could make me feel beautiful. Upon sending a picture of my haircut to my sister, she told me it was so beautiful and sassy. After many months researching & looking for the right fit, I decided to book an appt. with Stephanie for an all over color and cut. Not only was I impressed with the beautiful, welcoming decor and atmosphere at Salon Expose, Stephanie was a dream come true! She is warm & has an outgoing personality AND she knows her stuff. I was so impressed because she actually took the time to truly listen to me rather than making me feel rushed. She took the time to understand my challenges, the texture of my hair, and was adept by creating my unique personal style. I haven't experienced this for many years and I was on cloud nine. My major challenges were 1) After getting an all over color done to cover the gray, the gray would re-appear within 1-2 weeks later along my temples and it wasn't new growth. I was so frustrated & I didn't understand why other than thinking my gray must just be stubborn. 2) I wasn't overly excited about the hair cuts/styles I had received, they were kind of boring and blah. Stephanie knew exactly what I needed. She said "You need a sassy haircut!" That was music to my ears and boy did she ever deliver! My hair style prior to my visit was very flat and blah, had no body and it didn't accentuate my facial features. My haircut with Stephanie was cut with precision and the style was so flattering and elegant. I told her we should have done a before & after picture because it was like night and day. I went to FL a couple of mos. ago and my dark brown hair was lightened by the sun. She decided to think outside the box and knew exactly what I needed. Rather than just giving me an all over color, she put in some low lights to create depth and dimension. It was rich and gorgeous. I am so excited I finally found such an amazing hair stylist! You are told to leave a message & be patient & they will get back to you by the end of the day, which never happens. I have left 3 messages, they must not want the bussiness, so I don't know where these great reviews came from???????? It scares me to let them cut my hair! read more

WOW . So I am impressed by Diana. I moved from Texas a few months ago and my hair was so dead, dry and needed help. I called and she was able to fit me in the same day. I am very pleased with my cut and long layers. If you need somewhere to go that is high quality call and make your appointment. I have already booked my next one for some highlights. read more

I am new to the city and found Diana because of a major problem at another salon. ( the stylist didn't show up) and Diana created such a stunning rock and roll cut and color for my shape of face and I loved it. So many compliments and I always referred her. I work crazy hours and didn't know when I would be back. So when my hair grew longer then I could stand and waved out where I couldn't do anything with it. I called and She was booked solid. All I needed was more color and as I stated on the phone, "My hair wanted to grow out and I didn't want that. I just needed it to be reshaped." I was placed with Holly ( I believe was her name) she was under the impression I only needed color so that's #1 miscommunication #2 was Diana showed her the picture we took together and told her I wanted to let it grow back so Holly cut it that way. And it is nothing like the picture. Needless to say it is way to short and not what I asked at all. What gets me, is no one took responsibility I was told by Diana "I should have communicated with her (Holly)"I'm pretty sure I did as well with Diana and asked her to tell Holly exactly how she transformed my cut. I absolutely hate this cut and will resort to either wearing hats till it can grow back or just find some day to have someone else cut it all off. I wish I could post my cut from the one Diana did to the one Holly did. It's night and day. And now I look like my mother. I like Diana I do, what I don't like is the fact she took no ownership in that mistake. Not only did I have to pay for it I now have to figure out a way to fix it. Holly only charged me $5 for the haircut.and I gave her $20 as a tip cause it was not her fault. So now I have to find another stylist i can trust and that is not an easy task. read more

Salon Atmosphere on N Congress -- I have had two lovely experiences there. First, to see Diana to have my hair cut and colored. She is so pleasant and easy to talk with. I felt like I'd known her for years. AND, my hair cut and color were both beautiful. I was delighted. A couple of weeks later, I saw Anna at Salon Atmosphere, to get my nails done -- best French Manicure ever. It has been a little over two weeks of washing dishes, typing, cleaning kitty litter boxes, etc., and my nails look just the same as when they were first done. I am totally impressed, and Anna was very pleasant and nice, as well. I am looking forward to seeing Diana and Anna again and again. Oh, yes, and their prices were quite reasonable. The crew at Salon Atmosphere is awesome. I have been going her since they opened. I always have an appointment, and when I call to schedule, the receptionist is airways prompt and courteous. On appointment days, I have never had to wait for my stylist, he is always on time. Costs are reasonable and no high pressure for add on services or product. A must go to place for a great cut in the Northland. read more
