I loved this salon right from the first time. I went for a consultation and met Arus. She thoroughly and patiently described what's possible what is not and will get the desired result. I scheduled my appointment with her and she did an excellent job. She didn't damage my hair while step by step getting what I wanted. All the time she was checking up on to make sure everything is under control and my hair quality is in good condition. She really put all her time on me. I will come back to Arus again and again. The stuff is really friendly here and while being at the salon almost the whole day I saw how each client was leaving with great satisfaction. Don't ever EVER get your hair done by Mary. Literally the worst hair stylist in the world. Don't believe any of the hype on IG. I made the mistake of booking her on my bday Bc none of my go to's were available. Firstly, she didn't even want to listen to what I wanted done with my hair. She rushed me to the chair before I could even get a word out. Secondly, she burnt my ear!!!! And then brushed it off like it wasn't a big deal. Thirdly, she doesn't know how to work with clip on extensions to save her life. She had me hold each piece of clip ons while she curled them individually to where my arms got sore. I've never seen a hairstylist do this, they usually clip them in then curl and style. Lastly, she was extremely rude when I told her I wasn't happy with her sloppy results. I told her to trim my extensions to help blend and she refused? She didn't even bother to fix it, she took her friend client and started washing her hair and completely ignored the fact that a customer wasn't satisfied with her bad work. I've never been treated so unprofessionally in my life and I've been to many salons! I asked for beach waves and now My hair is frizzy and not blended with my misapplied clip ons. Only pro is she didn't charge me. She ruined my special day by completely messing up my hair. Don't recommend!! read more

Made an appointment here to see Arus for a cut, balayage, treatment, and style after looking through her insta and what an excellent choice that turned out to be!! I was a bit anxious but she was so sweet, patient, and professional. I spent 6 hours in her chair and she was a joy the whole way though. My hair went from almost blue black to ash blonde in 1 session. She also offered some great tips on how I can better take care of my hair until my next visit. I really appreciated how she took her time and she was so focused and careful. She is truly skilled and knows what she's doing!! She also trimmed my hair perfectly to the exact length I wanted and added some nice layers. My hair felt so soft after the treatment and smelled amazing! She styled it to perfection. I received many compliments afterwards. I would highly recommend Arus! I also want to note as I was there for a bit, I saw the other stylists in action as well and they were all doing an incredible job! I have always gotten my hair done and a balayage to be exact many times and not ONCE has my hair been this bad. I can't even comb it. It keeps breaking and it literally is DISGUSTING.
