Very very disappointing. My friend and I went to get our nails and left with very low quality nails. The reception was super super nice. And the woman who did my pedicure was also really nice. My friends cuticles were nicked all over and the pinky nail is off centered. My gel nail polish started chipping the next day. The woman who did my manicure was also pretty rude. At one point she started yelling at me. The woman who did my pedicure had to step in to get her to stop. I was being as nice as physically possible. I kept gently asking for her to trim my nails and make them shorter. Suggesting she cut the nails but she just kept filing until I finally stopped asking for it to be cut. This changed the shape of the nails I originally asked for but didn't want to keep trying to speak up because every time I did she got mad at me. We spent a good deal only to now need to go somewhere else to get it redone. And my friends fingers all cut up. Avoid this place at all cost. read more

I had such a great experience at this nail salon. I got a manicure as well as a pedicure and they both turned out stunning! They gave me exactly what I had envisioned. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly and my nail techs, Luna and Gohar, really took their time which I appreciated so much. I would recommend this place and the nail techs to anyone. However, only three days after getting my nails done, one of my nails became loose and fell off. It is now 5 days since getting them done and the rest have remained intact so, i'm assuming the one was just not glued well enough. I just wish the nails lasted a bit longer. read more

I have been looking for a new place to get gel manicure and parking and prompt attention is important to me as I usually have to run back to work. They were both good job but I felt Winnie was amazing. She actually asked my name which should be the norm when someone is providing a service to you but doesn't always happen. She also asked me if she was hurting me when she did my pedicure and asked if I had any sensitive spots before she did my leg massage which. appreciated. I USED to love this salon. Yes, it's on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for in regards to service and ambiance. I came here for months with no problems at all until..... I got a nail infection on my toe. The Nail tech Evet was sweet but she ended up cutting my toe when she was cleaning up my cuticle. I yelled ouch as soon as it happened. She apologized, and we moved on. The next morning my toe hurt so bad and it was red and puffy, then I looked closer and it had pus coming out. Yikes! I am visiting from out of town and stopped by the first salon by my hotel, and wow what a blessing! The whole staff was so welcoming. My manicurists Laura and Goga were such a delight! They paid such close attention to detail when it came to my nails and feet. Goga did my gel pedi and Laura did my nails.
