I used to frequent this place a couple years ago and then I found another nail place in the area that I love. But I decided to come back and give this spot another chance and unfortunately I had a bad experience. Instead of soaking off my previous gel manicure, the technician used the machine to scrap it off. My nails underneath burned as she did this and now that all the gel is off, I can see that a layer of my nail was removed in the process. Because of this, my nails are really messed up. They are brittle, breaking, and hurting. I usually get gel done every 3 weeks and I haven't been in a long time to get another manicure because my nails are so brittle and keep breaking from the manicure I got at this salon. I also went with my sister and she is having the same experience after we went here. It is unfortunate because the salon is lovely inside but I won't be back again.

Hygiene of the process was questionable to me. Technician double dipped into scrubs and other products after touching my feet. After my service was done, they up charged me by $100. When I asked why, I was told my nails are medium length, therefore they charge $10 per finger. No one told me this during my service. I got plain nails done (booking was for hard gel), no design or anything extra, didn't even ask for a Russian manicure. Overall, this experience was not worth $250 before tip. The idea of a business performing services on you KNOWING they will charge higher than listed on their own booking system does not sit right with me. Word of advice to the owner: this place is so convenient yo my work, id have been my new regular spot. You just lost years worth of business over $100. To respond to the owners response: my booking was $150 for mani and pedi both. There was no discussion about any other services in person. I picked the color from the options I was presented and that's that. If your staff added services, those were not discussed with me. The lady that checked me out at the register even explained to me that the services were $100 more due to the "medium length" of my nails. Again, none of this was disclosed during the service. If that's the up charge your salon aims for, that's completely fine. But maybe disclose it to the customer and be open and honest. I felt robbed after checking out.

I'm pretty picky about my nails, their shape, the application, but I had no complaints. For being the last appointment of the day, I was not rushed and I felt he took his time making sure everything was right about my nails. This also was the first time in a while getting gel X that my nails didn't burn when drying the adhesive and they're not tender when I'm using my hands/pressing against them. Pricing to me is beyond fair especially for the quality. It's been a week since my first appointment and they still look great, no polish chipping (and I do a lot with my hands), and shape is still the same and hasn't dulled. Looking forward to my next appointment and trying a pedicure. But so far, this is my new Nail Salon!

Any how i have been going to this place for almost 7 yrs not once have i complained or requested anything be fix. i show up to ask if my nails can be fixed, well first she wanted to charge me to fix my nails i asked " you're going to charge me" she said fine get a color, but the whole time while painting them again she kept saying how it wasnt her fault, how it was my nails cause they were weak , or broken or my nails made it turn yellow! My gels usually last 3/4 weeks, and i felt so bad i was not asking for a free service or showed up 2 weeks later to get it redone, it was 2 days! Anyhow i will not be returning and its really disappointing because i never thought id be treated this way.

She really takes her time to make sure my nails look perfect every single visit. The whole team of ladies here is so friendly, professional, and welcoming. If you want experience people this is the place to go. The creativity is amazing. I have not designed any of my nails... My designer is Pam! She's very accommodating works around my work schedule and I always come out with a smile. I receive compliments and comments on my nails on a regular basis. Customer service is great! Location and parking is awesome. All the staff is a pleasure to be around. Customers are always smiling and talking to each other as well as to the staff.
