Then I met with Dalet briefly after Carmen left. Dalet went over all the details again and thoroughly explained the process. She was very professional and pleasant. Then Lena took over for the rest of the times. Lena was very helpful, detail-oriented, and kind. She was also very meticulous and made sure I had everything I needed at each visit.
