From the very beginning, the customer service stood out. Liz was at the front when I first walked in. They didn't have anyone available to take me at that moment, but she was so kind and let me know she could do my haircut Saturday at 12 PM. I later checked availability online and booked an appointment with Michelle for Friday at 4:30 PM. Michelle reached out to me almost immediately and explained that her latest appointment was actually at 3 PM. Instead of simply turning me away, she offered to check with the team to see who could accommodate my schedule. She came back and found Jenny available Friday at 4:30 PM. THAT kind of teamwork and communication already made such a great impression on me. Then Jenny reached out before my appointment and asked what I had in mind and whether I had any inspiration pictures. I told her I was looking for a color correction and haircut, and from the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable. Jenny was welcoming, easy to talk to, and very natural. She took the time to understand what I wanted, guided me through everything, and made sure I felt comfortable speaking up about my preferences or any changes I wanted along the way. And then came the unexpected bonus... while washing my hair, Jenny gave me a head, temple, and scalp massage. ‍ Between the color service, the haircut, the massage, and just the overall experience, I felt like I got so much more than I expected.
