My biggest issue continues to be the OWNER repeatedly canceling my appointments. This has happened more than once, and it is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Customers arrange their schedules around appointments, and our time should be respected too. What makes this especially disappointing is that the cancellations are coming from the owner herself. As the owner of a business, I would expect you to set the example when it comes to reliability, communication, and customer service. If a customer repeatedly canceled appointments, I'm sure it would be considered unacceptable and they could potentially be charged a cancellation fee. So why should customers be expected to simply accept repeated cancellations from the business? I have tried to be patient, but there is only so much inconvenience a customer should have to tolerate. I am leaving this review because this was genuinely my experience, and other customers deserve to know what they may encounter when booking here.

And I told her I do not like warm shades, but she insisted that that's what suits my skin. I lost all my dimension and the shade I loved, and ended up with platinum blonde and yellow roots. I really wanted to be okay, but then my trim, which I showed a picture for, ended up cutting off like all my hair when I explicitly asked for her to just take off the bulk at the back of my head where the disconnected grown out undercut is because it was getting super thick there. I asked for her to just freshen up the rest of my ends...she cut off like two inches of my short hair and now I have a pixie cut, which is not at all like the 90s curtain bangs crop I was growing out. It was the complete opposite. I have all these crazy, choppy layers in my hair and its super thin all over now. I had to go get toner done somewhere else to make the color not so terribly bright and hot near the roots still. I really don't like leaving bad reviews but I literally wanted to cry after I left because I came in asking for one thing and came out after hours later with the complete opposite of what I asked for. It's the liberty with the hair cut that really killed me. My hair is so short now that it has no flow, and I'm devastated.

Although my hair was bleached and created patchy areas for her to work with, Lisa managed to help my hair look super nice! While working on my hair, she was very communicative. She told me what was possible for my hair because I originally asked for a lighter color, but that wouldn't have worked since my hair was darker then.
