He was sitting around for 20 minutes waiting for it to be remade. When he finally went to ask about the status, he was told they have to ask to ask the manager if they can remake it???? Which is not what was originally said to him. He at that point didn't have the time to wait for the manager, so he had to leave. The lack of communication was unappreciated. I called and got the manager, who was extremely rude and claimed none of this was said (my husband had me on speaker phone so I heard them say verbatim that they remember making it but must have given it away and will have to remake it). And that their policy is they CANNOT remake things and my only option is to call my credit card company. Horrible customer service. They have lost a loyal customer.
