The birria was good but it kind of just tastes like a basic stewed beef to me, unremarkable. The guacamole was nice and fresh... but! It was way over salted. I had to brush quite a bit off because paired with the birria it was a salt bomb. Also I love cheese but I wasn't feeling the cheese on this one. It didn't have much flavor so it felt like it was there for the sake of it, I took it off. Now the tostada tasted good after my alterations but it shouldn't be better after removing ingredients. I would like to try another tostada, maybe their al pastor? And I'd hope their guacamole is appropriately salted.
