Maybe add more pesto and put it on both sides of the sandwich? Not sure. My Italian friend owns a shop in the boroughs and makes killer sandwiches. I don't know their secret for success that they always get long lines everyday but I do know you will never get a dry bland chicken. As for the chicken parm, there was only one layer of chicken! Man I was super disappointed. I specifically ordered this for more chicken. I understand why they put less sauce - so it's not soggy but maybe a tad more sauce would be helpful. This was equally dry and soggy. The cheese was really good and helped. I'm a huge supporter of local business, especially mom and pop shops. I think growing up in the boroughs really spoiled me with food choices. If you're hungry and just care about portion, I guess this is a good option around here.
