I stopped in the other day for a quick slice. I was excited to see that they had many options. Not just the regular slices. They had ravioli, eggplant, chicken Francese, Sicilian, and many others. It's not the biggest display but the prices are great. There is plenty of seating. The staff was so friendly. They got my slices done quickly. I was in and out. There's parking in the front in their mini lot. And their service was great but it's too bad the food was lacking in taste. The plain pizza was nothing special and although the pepperoni was good the pizza itself was not great. The garlic knots are crispy but I prefer a soft doughy with light crisp for a garlic knot and this was not it. Their pizza marinara is very bland and their crust is just OK. read more

A big plus, this place doesn't close until 9:45 p.m. so you can get a late bite. Pretty extensive menu with a variety of specialty pizza slices ready to go. Lots of heroes/ subs / hoagies - whatever you call them in your neck of the woods - and salads too. There are many entree options too. One item I never saw offered before was a shrimp hero/subs. Not sure of the particulars of how the shrimp is prepared. On July 23, 2025 I had a slice of their Margherita pizza with fresh mozzarella and a broccoli roll. Definitely too much for me! Be warned, this is two-handed pizza. You will be wearing your toppings or cheese if you try to lift it one-handed. It was very tasty. I prefer my thin crust to be a bit crisper and firmer so you can guide it to your mouth with one hand. The broccoli roll, which also was pre-made, is about 3 inches wide and 2 inches deep. It really is a mini bread bowl rather than a roll. It was filled with seasoned broccoli and cheese and served with a side of marinara. That was good too. The cashier/server I dealt with was nice. Atmosphere is typical small pizza shop, with a TV in the corner. I definitely would recommend it. read more

My "mid-life" mission these days seems to be to remind you fine folks in the NY metro area how LUCKY you are to have good/GREAT pizza available on just about every street corner, and Mozzrella's Pizza is certainly no exception... I walked in HANGRY late afternoon (maybe about 2-2:30) and found some EXCELLENT single slice and roll choices, all still looking fresh and ready to go. The chicken balsamic glaze slice was as much a work of ART as it was delicious, and the broccoli roll (thought it was spinach at first...) was also a great choice. TONS of tempting options, including reasonably priced apps., heroes, salads, pasta dishes, entrees, and even a couple of desserts. Check out their catering menu as well!! Really nice spot in Northport for pizza and so much more! Upon entering this looks like your usual pizza spot...lots of pies/slice options that are prepared daily. Tons of seating in a VERY clean space. Staff is super friendly and very accommodating (they even laugh at my corny pizza jokes). I've tried numerous items here but a few that stand out are the chicken parm hero (better than an un-named long lasting local pizzeria), the grandma pie with (or without) pepperoni is outstanding! If you can snag a corner slice of this, even better! They also make these garlic knots/rolls with pepperoni inside....I regularly house 4 or 5 of these with any slice I order here. Whether eating in or taking food to go, the quality of the food here is above average. This is a really nice local spot and I'm glad to support their efforts - keep up the excellent work! read more

Other girl who I assumed would be taking my order was to busy on her cell phone texting. She knew I was there as she looked up twice. Still, no "how can I help you". Great selection of speciality slices, very tasty actually had a new flavor fresh mozzarella balsamic, chicken cutlet and tiny chopped tomatoes was fabulous!!!! Multiple types of homemade soups. The chicken noodle was very hearty. Lots of friendly staff members working here everyone was very attentive. My boyfriend and his family has been coming here since they moved to this neighborhood over 10 years ago, and this is their favorite pizza place in the area. We ordered two large pies: one with sausage and the other with pepperoni, all for about $35. It is pricey, but the large pies can easily feed about 4 people each, or you'll have plenty of leftovers. We picked up the pizza right on time, after calling to place an order and them telling us that the wait time would be about 20 minutes. The wait was very reasonable and definitely worth it. The sauce, cheese and meats are very tasty (but salty) but I can see why my boyfriend's family loves this place, since it is authentic New York Pizza. read more

God awful pie! Ordered a large pie over the phone - slightly well done and garlic nuts on the side. Person on the phone was lovely. Picked up pie and and went home - my son was in from Florida and my mother ( 89 ) who was also visiting was looking forward to a good slice. When we arrived home, I opened the box and not only was the pie smaller than expected the Tomato sauce was several inches inside the crust line and the cheese was even inside that - so basically, it was a very cheap looking pie and once we sliced it up, the slices were ridiculously small and with minimal cheese and sauce. On top of all this the crust was stiff as a board.... I felt I had to say something - so I called.... the same woman answered - very friendly and then nothing. I informed her of the situation and how bummed we all were and that this was the second time. (I disregarded the first time as a bad experience considering it was a Friday night) I waited and waited - the woman said nothing - nothing at all... what a shame!!! To top it all off - I have to drive past Fillettos and Chefs in East Northport to get to Mozzarella's - I guess I was wrong... Mozzarella's just makes a bad pie! Just realized after ordering take-out tonight I've never reviewed this place. I've driven by this place so many times and always said I need to stop and get a slice to try. Finally did a few months back and enjoyed it. Jay O wanted pizza one night and was over Little Joe's Pizza as he found the cheese too salty. I made a stop here (call in advanced so you don't wait long) as I had enjoyed it previously and ordered a pie. Jay really enjoyed it and said for now on let's get our pizza takeout fix from here. This is our favorite pizza place in the area. The staff is always very nice. My favorite is their grandma slice but their other pizza is consistently good. They have seats and it's not technically a sit down restaurant but you order at the counter and they will bring you your food. I think the pricing is also good. Other pizza places in the area which will remain unnamed try to nickel and dime you. For the more casual pizza places this is the most consistent, friendliest and cleanest. Really great local pizza parlor! Since moving back to the area I've been a handful of times with my family. Weekends, around lunchtime for some quick hot slices. Every specialty slice I've had has been so good. My favorite so far has been the one in my photo. A slice with fresh mozzarella, basil, fresh tomatoes, lightly breaded chicken and a balsamic drizzle. So flavorful, I would order a whole pie of this! Will be coming back here for more! read more

Was surprisingly pleased! Figured it was gonna be some snotty place that didn't make good pizza and had shitty service. Neither was the case! Husband went in and ordered 2 regular, 1 white and 1 Sicilian. The counter girl made sure he got the fresh Sicilian, which was so freaking excellent. I wish we had 2 of those! The regular was very good. The white, had mad potential but failed. Only reason it didn't work for me, no garlic! What's a white pizza without garlic. That's what gives it the pep and awesomeness. We are pizza eating machines. Their food tastes delicious. This is the best pizzeria that I've ever tried. The cheese is just right, not too salty like other places. Their garlic knots are good too. A long time ago in a version of Elwood from the last century... There once was a pizzeria located by Jericho Turnpike and Elwood Road called Cavallini's. Later, it became Mozzarella's, and later, it along with TCBY and the Wine Doc moved to their current facilities to make way for a new TD Bank branch. Much like how Po Lee went through a Renaissance at their new location, so has Mozzarella's. I already knew TJ, the owner, was a class act, and their pizza top notch. But there was one moment last week where I walked in at about 9PM or so, and ordered a pasta dish, not fully realizing I came in just at closing. After I realized what was going on, I came to appreciate how pro TJ was being patient with me and a few others getting a late dinner. Having worked in retail for a bit, and being THAT guy who hated last minute stragglers, I had quite the good, and humbling chuckle afterwards. Oh, and the rigatoni with tomato sauce and mushrooms was fantastic, as usual. As much as I like to make fun of good ol' Elwood, we've been fortunate to have pizza establishments, like Mozzarella's, that continue to endure, and yes, I remember Torcello's from across the street before it came Mi[k]o, and the first version of Domino's from the 90s on Larkfield Road. read more

We used Mozzarella's to cater a moving away party for a co-worker. We were about 25 people and without exception everyone raved about how delicious the food was. It was delivered on time and piping hot. It's worth having another party just so I could order more trays of their flavorful, perfectly prepared food! I can't even believe what happened when I was at Mozzarellas last night. After ordering my food and paying for it, I noticed the man preparing and serving the food wasn't wearing a mask. I also noticed three men (looked like owner/manager) seated at a back table cashing out receipts and NONE of them were wearing masks. The girl at the register was wearing a mask. When I asked her about the employees not wearing masks her response was, "they don't have to wear them unless they are talking to customers!" WHAT?!? I asked again to make sure I was hearing correctly and she repeated the same response. I told her to keep my food and walked out without a refund. I am pretty sure it is most important for employees handling food to wear a mask, not just those talking to customers. read more

Horrible experience. Was delivered the wrong, cold pie and took it back to them. Instead of trying to make it right, they refused to make the pie we wanted and ordered. Arguing with us that this is what was ordered and refused to give our money back, blaming it on the delivery service.
