    Cold pizza.

First time ordering from this restaurant, pizza and wings were cold and mozzarella sticks were missing. I gave 2 stars because the pizza was tasty after we reheated it. This is a pricey pizza shop, I can't recommend for value.

The food was delicious. The service was pretty good. I got candy. And there was no flies. No bugs the ambulance was pretty good. All in all is pretty good.

Tiny tiny chicken wings from Sal's. Not worth the money at all.

Sausage, onion, and pepper pizza was excellent. The chicken wings were very sad not worth the money at all. They were tiny. See the picture below.

Boston's pizza is relatively mediocre compared to NYC or mid-Atlantic neapolitan pizzas such as Vetri's. Sal's is one of the few tasty exception even though it's not Neapolitan style. I'm really sad that the one in Woburn closed so I had to drive all the way to Chelmsford to pick up Sal's pizza. It was totally worth the drive though. The crust is crunchy outside but airy inside, the sauce & toppings are really fresh. They do a great job with serving simple tasty pizza and garlic knots, bonus w/ friendly staff. Driving home was tortured because I'm sure my car would smell like infused pizza for the next 3 days.

Ordered two pizzas. They delivered one. They refused to redeliver.

Ordered two pizzas. They delivered one. They refused to redeliver. This place has been on the decline for a while, won't be ordering from them again.

Instead of calling us up to the counter for our takeout, he personally brought the order over, complete with straws and silverware already packed. It's a small detail, but it shows how thoughtfully he takes care of guests. What really stands out is how personal he makes the experience. Christian remembered our names after only a few visits, and he greets us like regulars. That level of attention and genuine warmth is rare. Because of Christian's amazing customer service, choosing where to eat has become an easy decision. He's the reason we keep coming back -- and recommending this place to everyone we know.

The location has a few tables but mostly everyone was doing takeout. The star of the show was definitely the fried chicken. It was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. If you're a fried chicken fan, it's easy to see why this is one of their most popular offerings. The biscuits were another standout. Warm, fluffy, and absolutely delicious with the butter and hot honey. I could easily make a meal out of those alone. The sides, however, were a bit disappointing compared to the chicken. They were fine, but nothing particularly memorable. The broccoli was the biggest letdown, as it wasn't cooked enough for my taste and was still quite firm. While the sides could use some improvement, the excellent fried chicken and biscuits make this a meal I'd order again. Next time, I may just choose different sides.
