I'll start with our Amazing service from Jennifer. She was so nice, gave Great recommendations and made sure we were well taken care of. For our appetizer, we had the yummy clam chowder and basket of fresh breads. I had the halibut over a bed of spinach and creamy mashed potatoes. The halibut was a good size of fish cooked perfectly. My husband had the salmon and said it was really good. Was not good on his stomach the whole rest of the night though, unfortunately. Finished with the yummy banana crème brûlée for dessert. Oh so Good! Would like to come back some time for lunch and get their fish and chips.

Celebrating birthday dinner. Food was great. Jane's service was exemplary. We had a wonderful time. Thank you

This restaurant is inside Harrah's casino. Like most fish restaurants, it is very noisy. It has a stronger than most fish places fishy smell. The service is friendly, but we must have gone at a busy time as it took a little while for our drinks and food. The seafood and chips dish was good, but not worth the cost. Same for the chicken pasta. I was still hungry. Dishes run $32-$60+.

It was our first time visiting Salt & Fin. The food and drinks were delicious. Our server, Jane, was very sweet and checked on us throughout the night to make sure everything was good. Definitely recommend trying their cocktails and the Grilled Salmon!

Celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary weekend and enjoyed ourselves with some good seafood. The staff unfortunately never congratulated us, but nevertheless, we had a good experience. Nice quiet table and the decor was really cool ocean themed. Will be returning o try more on the menu

Great food and quality service. I will be back again. The sashimi tray was very fresh. The food we received was served timely. The waiter was very respectful and attentive.

Harrah's is my home casino so I've dined everywhere but this was my first time dining at Salt & Fin. Our server Jane was warm, welcoming and bubbly. She was personable and very attentive. The food was delicious and fresh. My wife who isn't big on seafood loved it too!

Four stars for the food Three stars for the service I've been here on two separate occasions and each time the service was just okay. It could been better; this restaurant has potential. It's more so of the waiters/waitresses. The chef and his crew are awesome; they cook delicious meals. The waiters vibes are just off; I felt rushed every time I visited and have to get their attention for stuff. The first visit, it was not busy and the second time we went had a bigger crew with a few customers dining around us. My daughter really love their scallops and Rincon reservation road brewery fish and chips. Grilled scallops had ginger & nori dusted on them with lime aioli, scallions and Aleppo peppers. The Rincon reservation road brewery fish & shrimp were battered; came with hand cut fries and tartar sauce. The battered fish are HUGE!!! it's bigger than our hands, they are so good and crispy, cooked to perfection. Our whole family and friends love the Chef Selection artisan bread with whipped butter. My mother and I really like their homemade bread (it has walnuts in it); limited amounts they make in a day. Booo hooo. We love it that much! We asked for more but they ran out. So far I've had tried their New England clam chowder: it had diced clams, chopped potatoes with fresh herbs. It was good and hearty, great portion. Truffle Mac and cheese was made with house cheese blend, cavatappi pasta and truffle butter. Rated 8 out of 10; it was good. Baby bok choy was covered in mushroom soy butter and red chili flakes: rated 6 out of 10. It was decent. Shrimp fettuccine made with creamy Alfredo sauce and topped with garlic shrimp; it was good but not as good as The Cafe shrimp Alfredo fettuccine. I would rate it 7 out of 10. I also had the surf and turf. I was disappointed with the Angus New York steak (charbroiled 10oz steak with steak butter, smoked bacon Brussels sprouts, cowboy onions and red wine reduction) but the lemon butter lobster tail was delicious. Rated 7 out of 10; beautiful presentation of the surf & turf. The drinks on the first visit were strong, flavorful and good! Second visit: drinks tasted watered down and not so great. Location is great, it's in between the KJ Chinese restaurant and Hell's Kitchen. No bathroom inside the restaurant, you'll have to exit and go to the nearest restroom. The nearest restroom is near the TopGolf bar; to the left when you exit Salt & Fin. Overall hefty price for the service but food is worth it. Don't forget to get points but providing your Caesar's reward card along with ID. They also can use your points toward purchase.

The most popular item tbh is the garlic shrimp pasta and it makes sense because it hits every time you are craving it. The burger is pretty good here too. As someone who is on a salt restriction, I usually just ask things for no seasoning/no butter if I can, and they can usually accommodate. The service can depend on the rush, so don't be too quick to judge based on it. They can be short staffed at random times, but honestly they are really kind and considerate people who love serving others and easy to talk to and love. We haven't had troublesome workers ever. The ambiance is like a moderate to teeny bit fancy diner-esque type of place. It is pretty chill in here. No dress code vibe. People have come dressed up for Mother's Day brunch vibes or in swimwear with covers/tank tops with board shorts and their floaties from the lazy river. When I'm in the mood for wings, I get naked wings with sauce on the side. Their blue cheese dressing is delicious. The wings are naked naked like no salty flavor or anything which I can appreciate a plain palette/canvas so that I can go as liberal or not with sauces. They are quick to refill your cups/coffee. :)

We've heard a lot of great reviews, so we decided to try it out! Even though we did not have reservations, the staff was incredibly accommodating while Alexis took our name and phone number and asked if we were celebrating any special occasion or if we had food allergies. Tim, our host, took us to our seat and the absolutely wonderful dining experience started! What stood out most was the attention to detail. While upscale restaurants pride themselves on high-quality coffee and thoughtful accompaniments, this restaurant's level of service is not standard! They provided an elaborate carrier laden with regular and whip cream, honey, chocolate and sugar stir sticks and topped it off with a biscotti for their brewed coffee! From carefully addressing food allergies to providing impeccable service throughout the evening, every member of the team made us feel genuinely cared for. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortably mixed with guests dressed from casual to elegant - perfect for a special occasion. We enjoyed the $75 three-course dinner, and both the pork chop and barramundi were exceptional. Each course was thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented from the start of the potato lentil soup of the day and the fig and burrata salad to the dinner entrees! Every bite was a celebration of flavor! A special thank you to our waiter, Luciano, whose attentiveness and professionalism elevated the entire dinner journey. He struck the perfect balance between being attentive and allowing us to enjoy our evening. The highlight of the night was dessert. The presentation was done in such a thoughtful and meaningful way to recognize both our silver anniversary and a milestone birthday along with personally staff signed cards. I'm sure they do it for all their guests celebrating special events, but it made our already memorable evening truly unforgettable. This was more than just a great meal - it was an experience we'll always remember. We highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for outstanding food, exceptional service, and genuine hospitality.

And I put buffet in quotations because it's not actually a standard buffet, but more of a sit down "all you can eat". You need to be at blue card level (2nd tier level) to gain access to the buffet but they sometimes will let new people or red cards enter if they aren't busy. There's also a mandatory $8 (recently raised from $7) tip per person that's dining. If you're not black card (highest tier) you usually have to wait 1-2 hours before even being called to get in line. Then you have to wait in line 20-45 additional minutes before being seated. Black cards get to skip the initial wait and go directly into the line to wait to be seated. Once you're seated you get to choose a soup, salad, or both and then wait for them to bring you the food. Then you have to wait again for your server or try to flag one down to place another round of orders. On average my family has noticed people usually only do the appetizer round, one or two main rounds, and dessert because of the long service times. My family averages around 4-5 main rounds so we sit there for 3-4 hours sometimes with the majority of that time just waiting. The service is the main reason I say this place is hit or miss. If you get a nice and attentive server then everything goes great, but some of the servers are very noticeably there to just do the minimum amount for the job and that's it. Some servers will listen to your orders and actually tell you what additional options there are (like for the lobster tails we didn't even know until months later that we could get it with garlic butter or different sauces on top of it), and some even go and get the food to bring directly to you if they notice you've been waiting too long. Others.. will look around and barely hear what you're ordering and get the whole plate wrong or forget items for your order, resulting in you only getting 2 or 3 of what you asked for instead of the whole 4 that you're supposed to get. Or sometimes the opposite happens where they bring 2-3 of the same item on one plate and none of the other items that you ordered. It's already bad enough that most of the time, the servers only come to your table every 30-45 minutes so you're waiting an incredibly long time just to get one plate of food. The best times to go are definitely the weekdays very early right when they open (if you're not a black card) and the worst times are Fridays and weekends. They also have a recommendation to not have groups larger than 4 because they either split you up or you have to wait an extremely long time for a table to accommodate your group (because they only have 2 tables for large parties). They honestly should just turn the cafe dining room into an additional dining area for the buffet since that space goes wasted after they close and the cafe is literally right on the other side of the wall of the buffet. We've been coming here every other Friday for the drawings for almost 2 years now and the service is so inconsistent but the food is great! There has only been one time I was served a rancid lobster tail and almost threw up in the dining area. The menu changed last month and we tried the new tenderloin, it was absolutely perfect. But then a few weeks ago we tried it again and it was served well done even though we all asked for medium rare (and that's the last time we ever ordered the tenderloin because of that). One problem that happened the other day though was that the people doing the seating weren't seating any of the black card line. There were 8 tickets lined up and only 4 for the other line, but they kept seating the other side and kept putting up a new ticket. The group in front of us had 2 disabled people waiting for 30 minutes (and one of them was missing a leg). I felt so bad for that guy. The explanation was that "we have to follow the timestamp on the tickets to seat people fairly" but hello??? We're not blind. No one was being seated in the black card line for 30 minutes, even small groups of 2 that were in front of us started complaining. I don't understand the "timestamp" bs because we can actively see people getting in the other line, paying waaaay after the 3 groups ahead of us AND us, and still get seated before us. A group of 5 that paid after us in the general line got seated before any of the 3 groups ahead of us. It was just ridiculous but was a one off bad experience compared to the hundred we've had but thought I'd mention it. We still love coming to eat here because the food is great and consistent and almost all of us are black card members so we get food vouchers, but the service definitely needs some improvement or at least consistency equal to the food quality.

It was about 6:30pm, and there was no line. The two hosts greeted us and quickly sat us at a booth. There were maybe 4 parties sat, and it was relatively quiet which was a nice change from the casino floor. I noticed they updated there menu, and it is now two pages within a nice birch type wood holder. Definitely nicer than previous menus I've seen here before. We were quickly greeted by our server and we decided on spaghetti and meatballs & the Wagyu burger with garlic fries. We didnt wait too long before our food arrived, and boy were we excited after seeing the plates. Right off the bat, the dishes looked picture perfect. A dish that would be handed to you at a fine restaurant (but with affordable prices haha). After taking my first bite, I was very happy! The sauce had SUCH a good flavor and wasn't watery. I have ordered spaghetti and meatballs other places, that were lacking in flavor...and this was far from that! The two slices of crusty garlic bread weren't soggy at all. The meatballs! Oh the meatballs. The were so flavorful and tender. My fork just slid into each one as I cut into them... just like butter. I couldn't believe it and asked our server how they are so good!? The server let us know their sauce and meatballs were homemade, and I made sure to tell her they were outstanding! The wagyu burger was exactly how you would expect it to be. Perfectly cooked burger with great taste as a whole! The garlic fries were SUPERB. I just couldn't believe these came from a little casino Cafe. Hats off to the new menu and the chefs, because we both left full and happy! Like I said before, if you're here or nearby, definitely give this spot a try. Its honestly such a great spot!
