Good thing about this place is it's open 24/7. Sushi is a terrible but what do you expect getting it from a place like this. Cookies are super good tho would recommend. Also if u just want basic snacks like chocolate or chips this is the place to go to. Few seating also.

They need more staff, the line can get long and the wait can be longer. My brother wanted to get the nachos to bring up to the hotel room. The nachos were good with plenty of cheese and seasoned beef piled on top of tortilla chips with plenty of chunky salsa. It was good but I left the line with my brother waiting and got my own food at another place, came back and he was still waiting. The weekends, I try to avoid this place since the wait-time is longer than other snack places in the casino.

Somewhere in there is my hot dog. Yummy

We hadn't been to Valley View Casino in over 10 years. When we used to go, we enjoyed the buffet and a placed named BLT. We learned on this trip, you can't go to the buffet unless your player's card ranking is above a certain level and then you also need to make a reservation. Just something to think about if you think you are going to drive down there and try the buffet. So we tried Snax to get, you know, a snack. They are, like every other casino in the area, understaffed. The folks that are working there do seem to try hard but they could use a few more bodies to help out with cleaning up, etc. I had the hot dog with chili and cheese - and I mean it has a LOT of chili and cheese. This is not a hot dog you can put up and each, it is covered with chili and cheese and you'll need to use a knife and fork to devore it. I'd recommend it, even though it's more than your average Wienerschitzel hot dog. The casino was hopping, the parking lot was busy and the wait time to order and receive our food was about 15-20 minutes. Hoping they get more people to come back to work. They have a limited menu but had a line of people waiting to order. Give it a shot if you can't get into the other places on property and...Enjoy!!!

A total disorganized array of a $hit show. From the ordering to picking up their food. The staff needs to abide by the system that they have in place. 1. To order, take your number. 2. When your number is called, you come to the window and order. they give you a receipt and a buzzer. 3. When your buzzer beeps, then you come to the pick up window and pick up your food. Simple right? That's now what happened this night. Lilian a was the employee at the pick window. I visually saw her ignore the tickets coming out of her printer and make food for the people waiting in line at the pick up window. Basically she made food out of order. I mean don't you have this system in place to make it easier. None of your employees were following protocol nor using the tools that are place to make things easier for them. By do that it created such a disorganized mess especially for people who are waiting 3 hours for the buffet. Get more staff and get your act together.

Located inside Valley View casino and hotel, this is really the same place/business as Snax. However, the menu items differ in the sense that they are Asian type choices. Also, the hours are more limited presumably since they are making sushi, spring rolls, salads, and noodle bowls. But you order from the same counter as Snax. Where Snax has more items but not as healthy(pizza, hot dogs, etc)the Stix menu has nothing fried or too heavy. I've liked what I've tried so far- papaya salad, sushi and spring rolls, and small pho bowls. Portions are on the smaller side mostly. Nothing special about it really, but so far everything has been alright and another good thing is you can use your monthly food comps here too. I never get those, but the wife does. Part of the reason we come in addition to her free play. It serves as a decent option for us when we're not in that buffet mood.

Great snacks. Usually busy so be ready to stand in line for a while. I recommend..just about everything.

I can't believe I waited that long in line. The line at the buffet was faster than this "fast food" place. Management, please step up your game. The line was long and you had 2 people working there. A guy was cooking in the kitchen and a girl was running around between the register and the kitchen. I spent 40 minutes waiting in line and eating bad hot dog instead of gambling. The workers were very friendly. 1 star!! Snax is not yummylicious!!

Sustenance in between the slot play Snax & Stix are the sole fast food options inside Valley View Casino, both occupying the same location - same lines for ordering & pickup. However, Snax is open 24/7 for grub at any time of the day. Snax offers up the usual suspects of pizza, hot dogs, sausages, nachos & sandwiches. After being on a gambler's high from winning some money & not in the mood for gorging on buffet madness, we needed some calories to quell the hunger pains. After perusing the Snax menu, I went with the Philly cheesesteak ($9)- Keeping in mind casino pricing for a captive audience, I found the Philly cheesesteak to be a decent fast food option. Maybe it's because I was hungry, but I actually really enjoyed the taste of the bell peppers, onions, cheese & beef stuffed inside warm bread. A little sriracha here, a little mustard there & I was quite happy with my sammie. The best part? The crunchy dill pickle spear! I just love the tart crunch of a dill pickle & having a spear as long as my cheesesteak made for happy time. I shared half & felt good to go for some more hardcore penny slot action! The wait for my cheesesteak wasn't very long, even with the lunch crowd. Several tables available to dine at, with scarcity depending upon the time of day. Snax provides some decent food with not quite so outrageous prices for those gambling at Valley View Casino. For those not looking to spend for the Valley View buffet or their sit down BLD restaurant, I highly suggest checking out Snax for some quick eats. Stix Noodles & More provides Asian-inspired items for those not looking for the typical pizza & dogs. The menu is a mix of various cuisines. Sushi, pho, teriyaki bowls & various soup. Being the soup-loving son of a gun that I am, I chose the wonton soup ($6)- 5 wonton, with carrots, cabbage, green onions, peas in chicken broth & including crunchy wonton wrappers. Stix sure went heavy-handed with the peas. Lots & lots of peas. I didn't know wonton soup was supposed to come with peas. Other than that, however, the soup did the job and warmed the soul. The wontons were of a good size with a fair amount of meat filling. The broth was salty & flavorful, which I sipped in between daydreams of winning it big & going on a trip to an exotic location by the beach, wearing extra snug Speedo's ;p The wait for my soup wasn't long, even during lunch hour. Several tables available for dining, with scarcity depending upon the time of day. Stix Noodles & More offers up fair Asian cuisine. I wouldn't spend $8.50-$10 for their sushi rolls, nor their pho. But, the wonton soup was a respectable offering with a decent price. I was charged up & ready to go for more hardcore slot machine debauchery. NOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOMNOM

Good: Hot Dogs Pizza Chicken Salad Sandwich Bad: Vietnamese Food Chinese Food Japanese Food Ultimately stay away from all Asian food and stick with the American! Maybe because American food is easier to make versus Asian food. If you're really craving Asian food head over to the buffet or BLD's because it's a lot better over there! Only one incident was one of the staff members rude and disrespectful. Since I come to Valley View often, you get to know staff members by name and who comes and goes, so thankfully I don't see her around anymore. However all the other times they have been amazing!

Tonight, we waited an hour and a half for a BURNT and falling apart croissant (egg, chz, bacon....simple stuff) and a bowl of ramen. I also got home and noticed that my bag of M&Ms was already WIDE open and saturated by the moisture in the bag. My goodness, y'all. Plain sloppy, nasty, and NOT Covid safe or friendly. Yuck.

Attached to the same 'area' as Snax, I enjoy coming to Stix along with Snax for nice Asian fare here and there but my favorite thing for the value is probably the Papaya Salad. Along with that, the seafood noodles and "Asian Beef" shortribs are rather nice. The staff is always so nice and quick to take my order and it takes about as long as they say. Been coming here for YEARS and tried everything on the menu as well so it's all very much in line with what you'd expect from a snack bar type of deal. Comps from the casino cover a lot of the prices here but things will range from 5.50 (soup) to 13 (seafood noodle). I highly recommend the papaya salad if you want bang for your buck but if you really enjoy pepper beef, go for the Asian beef rice bowl... and if you are looking for warm comfort, go for that seafood noodle. I come here every month so maybe I'll get some photos of the pho or ramen!

Whoever is the Management over this places needs to get fired. Never have I ever experienced such slow customer service... hire more people or get your people more organized. This place is poorly managed. They have the cashier also serving the food at the same time. That is terrible. Here is the cashier attending to the take out order, while there is a huge line pile up with no one at the register as well. WORST RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT IVE WITNESSED.

    Henry S.

The long wait could be overlooked had the food been average. Experienced below average fast food. Sadly limp and soggy chicken parmesan. Pizza was an undercooked mess with strewn on ingredients. An unfortunate lack of effort on the kitchen staff. This place is purely survival.

We split a bottle of Chardonnay and ordered a pizza along with the chicken parmigiana. The food was fine, nothing particularly memorable, but it hit the spot. The atmosphere was friendly, and the staff was kind, though the service was noticeably slow. The place was quite crowded, and it seemed like the servers disappeared into the kitchen for long stretches, which left us waiting more than we would've liked. In fact, be prepared to wait during peak times. That said, it's a charming little spot, and I appreciate being able to support a local business. In the Valley View Casino, we dined at Patties and Pints. We ordered: APPETIZER: $18 - Firecracker Shrimp; ENTREES: $18 - Brandt Beef Burger (sweet potato fries); $30 - Glazed Salmon (veggies and roasted fingerling potatoes) $32 - Prime Rib (garlic mashed potatoes and veggies). DESSERT: $10 - Chocolate Cake ala Mode The food was amazing, but what made the evening EXTRA special was the superb service from Angelo. He was part of the celebration! We would have waited and the buffet seems well worth it. We just know that in the future we will get on the list BEFORE we start playing vs after when we're starving). For starters, we were greeted and seated immediately by a wonderfully pleasant team. Our server, Paulina, was incredibly kind and attentive. Our orders were placed quickly and our apps took no time to make it to the table. Everything was hot when it arrived. We ordered: Beer-Brined Chicken Tenders - 10/10: AMAZING! The tenders have light breading, so its mostly meat without much batter, which is our preference. The buffalo sauce wasn't too spicy (for those who like buffalo flavor without an intense kick) and the Ranch and Blue Cheese were both really good. If you like blue cheese on the creamier side without a ton of crumbles then you will like this one. French Onion Soup - 7/10: REALLY GOOD FLAVOR! Would order again! I only gave it a 7/10 because the Swiss cheese was burnt in the middle, but the taste overall was still really good so it was easy to look past this. Rotisserie Prime Rib (Medium) - 10/10: I used to LOOOOOVE Longhorn Steakhouse's Prime Rib. It was one of the only places that I could get a solid prime rib with au jus and a well-seasoned outer crush without paying premium prices (e.g The Prime Rib). This was gooooood - great portion size with a tender texture at the right temperature. Not only was the steak cooked perfectly, but those may have been the BEST FREAKING MASHED POTATOES I'VE EVER HAD!!!!! They were so fluffy, creamy and buttery - literally perfect (to me). I don't ever order mashed potatoes, just not my thing, I prefer rice, but these? These are the one exception. I was super skeptical because other than not being a fan of mashed potatoes in general, I don't like horseradish and they were advertised as horseradish mashed potatoes. I am forever changed (when it comes to these specifically) - I even strongly considered ordering a side to go. Also, the asparagus was really good too! Cooked perfectly with a light crunch when you bite into it. Manhattan Deep Dish Pizza - 10/10: My husband ordered this and he was singing its praises the entire ride home! When it comes to pizza, my husband is picky - especially with crust. The crust HAS TO be right, and this one was that. The breading had a soft center with a crispy outer layer just the way he likes it. They also bring a mini spice rack with oregano, Parmesan and red pepper flakes and he was over the moon about that! It's such a big portion that two people can share it. He ended up taking the other half home and popped it right in the oven to have more as soon as we got home. And the cost! We paid less than $100 for our meal (one soda, two apps, and two entrees), and this was before we used the players club coupons*! Overall, we had a wonderful experience! Very spacious and clean with a staff that operates as a team (shoutout to Claudia who also helped us when we needed it). We didn't have any desserts or drinks this trip, but the menus for both look great! We had such a great time between the casino and dinner that we're already planning another trip back! *If you're a couple or a group visiting the casino for the first time, they offer a coupon for this restaurant when you receive your players card. We both were able to redeem our coupons ($10 each) and got $20 off our meal (which was already under $100 before the coupons).
