My first experience with perfect Tan was through messenger on Facebook. They answered all my questions and even gave me tips in quick and timely manner which I loved. I finally went in today and purchased a 5 session platinum package and bronzing lotion with Reann. She walked me to my booth and gave a mini tutorial on how to adjust the radio, start my session and recommended the perfect time for my ultra fair skin. I have been a member of Perfect Tan for years...I enjoy the salon and the friendly people! Always greeted with a hello and smile when checking in; never having to wait and always a clean environment. Recently, I went in for a spray tan yet one of their Versa Spa's was down, so therefore the wait was over 30-minutes. While I had no time, I waited since I was tanning for a Holiday Party that night. The general manager, Cristina, was very apologetic and put me into a tanning bed (to at least give me a little tan for the event). Even though it was no fault of hers, nor Perfect Tan, as I understand mechanical issues arise, she was nonetheless more than generous and accommodating to me. First time customer offer was nice. Pricing after that was average. Bulbs seem to be Ok. The salon has very dim lighting which hides ALOT of dust and dirt in corners of rooms, beds and above in ceiling...needs to be cleaned better! read more

This is by far the best spray tan and tanning salon I've been to. It is like a salon/cool night club. I used to go to itan and my spray tans were looking orange so by a referral I tried perfect tan out. Now my tan looks bronze/brown and not like a carrot. This is by Far the best Tanning Salon in the valley and I've been to all of them. These folks know how to run a business. The owners are wonderful and all of the employees are too. The beds and entire salon is immaculate, prices are great and there is never any pressure to buy things or services you don't want. Never had to wait for a bed or a booth and have always been treated like a valued customer, a rare thing these days. I am not one to frequent at the nearby tanning facility, however, this may soon change!! Last Friday I visited Perfect Tan off Margarita Rd near the mall to try a bed or spray tan to get quick color for my weekend in a bathing suit. The girls were so helpful and so nice and I ended changing my mind and purchased an airbrush tan! The airbrush technician, Reanne, was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable and excited about my new tan! I am very happy and pleased with the result of the airbrush tan. You don't worry about the orange color that you sometimes get with a spray tan! Very happy with my results and I will be visiting this place again very soon! read more

I LOVE this place. Awesome tanning beds, the best prices in town and the spray booths are great too. The staff always makes me feel welcome. If you get a chance to try their Diamond Bed - I think that is the name of it - the top of the line bed, by all means do it. It was like taking a mini-vacation, what with the iPod music, misting, air-conditioning, etc., ALL IN THE BED! They are having a special this weekend. I intended from the beginning to tan only for a couple months and when I bought the groupon the employee assured me I could lock in that price on a month to month basis. I agreed to a two month membership which was perfect because I was really only interested in tanning for my wedding that was about a little over 2 months away. She said just to be sure to cancel it when I was ready. I enjoyed my visits to Perfect Tan with out any complaints. About a week ago an employee let me know my membership was about to expire and I let him know that it was my plan to cancel my membership at its date and I asked if there was anything I had to do to cancel it, I even asked if it was an automatic renewal/charge because I did want it canceled on that date. He said no it will be cancelled unless you have it renewed and I didn't have to do anything. Well today I went in and wanted to confirm my membership was ending in a few days when the ladies at the front desk told me that I had to pay 1 more monthly payment and then it would be cancelled the next month. She gave me a form to fill out. I have no desire to tan for the next month so that money will be wasted. I'm upset that I was told there was nothing I needed to do to cancel or otherwise I would have. I understand if this is the policy but it was not communicated to me in both times I talked to an employee about it. I feel this is a way they make some extra money. It was interesting also that after this discussion with the ladies at the front desk when I left they were all too deeply engrossed in their conversation or looking at their cell phones to even acknowledge I left or give a farewell, when every other time prior I had received something like a "thank you" "have a nice day", but today nothing. Like once they know you are not a potential future customer they don't really care. read more

So I tried getting a spray tan for the first time last week and I'm glad I did because it looks so amazing! I feel hot and sexy I love it! I was really nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect. Once I got there the woman at the front walk me through the whole process everyone that worked there was very polite and answered all my questions. I can't say enough good things about the staff at this salon... I was in a wedding on Saturday and wanted to have a nice tan for the special occasion. I went in for a Versa Pro spray tan the day before the event and totally spaced while I was in the booth and forgot to turn after each spray... So basically the front of me got sprayed four times!! When I stepped out I realized what I had done and started freaking out and crying. All I could think was now Im going to show up at my brothers wedding looking like an umpa lumpa. The girls at the front desk were AMAZING and so sweet! They assured me it was going to be ok and instructed me to go home and exfoliate in the shower and come back for a complimentary Versa Pro session. I seriously don't know what I would have done without them. I followed their instructions and came back about thirty minutes later to redo the tan. They offered to airbrush me for free if exfoliating and redoing the session didn't workout, but that wasn't necessary because my tan looked great!! I've gone here before a few years ago and I've come back because I loved it then but now I will never go back. The staff is friendly with the exception of one bratty girl bryana, she was extremely rude and seemed to have her phone in front of her the whole time. She made me feel like I was an inconvenience for her even though it is her job. I can honestly say I will not go back as long as she is there. And I know a few friends that go there as well and will pass this alo nh to them, just the lack of customer service from her was unbelievable. read more

I love this awesome & friendly salon! The staff and manager are the best! I haven't tried all their services, yet, but have you tried the Red Light Therapy? I wasn't too familiar with it & was introduced to it by chance. I've been doing it for about 7 weeks and this is what I've noticed. (Now I wish I would have taken"before photos. ") 1. My skin is softer! 2. A few years ago I tore my plantar facitis & experienced pain depending on the shoes I wore or the intensity of my exercise. However, since I've started RT, I've noticed I'm not having pain & can wear other shoes, including boots!...FINALLY! 3. Over 20 years ago, a cancer spot was removed in my shoulder and left a BIG and noticeably ugly scar, it was even bumpy and hard. I was self conscious to wear a swimsuit. Well, after a few weeks into doing RT, the scar wasn't as noticeable in the mirror & getting lighter. I can barely see it now & it''s also smoother and softer. 4. It has regulated my bowel system. 5. I had a big brown sun spot on my hand for years & now I no longer see it. It's gone! Seriously!!!! 6. I had a brown spot right underneath where my sunglasses hit. It is so faint now and if I'm wearing makeup you can't see it. 7. I had a big white bump starting to grow bigger and bigger on my face. Now, it's a smooth little tiny bump that no one notices, but me. 8. I seem to sleep more soundly at night. I'll admit, I didn't know what to expect with Red Light Therapy. I thought it was for people who needed more light for their bodies. I had NO idea that it would take away sunspots & scars that I've had almost my whole life. I didn't know from the inside out it would help my health and my foot issue. I feel fantastic & so happy I tried Red Light Therapy! If you haven't tried Red Light. Do something for yourself in 2017..& try it for 1 month! You won't be disappointed. Just ask them how you can get started today. read more
