I was on a three month hold due to a job transfer 200 miles away for July August, and September with the option for continued hold if my job transfer assignment lasted longer. In September, it was sold to hand and Stone. They automatically transferred my membership this month and restarted billing a month early. They refused to refund when I explained that I was still working 100 miles from the nearest chain location. The state of California Civil Code §1812.89(b)(1).requires them to refund charges as I've moved 210 miles away on a work assignment for 2023-24 and there is no other corporate facility within 25 miles. read more

Finally decided to use my free float certificate from months ago. Never tried it before so I was curious to see how the experience would be. Called earlier in the day to see if I could get in early evening and I was able to so that was great. I was greeted by Bethany at the front desk when I walked in. She gave me the 2 pages of liability paperwork to sign and then led me in to the back room where the float pod was. Once we got to the room, she explained how the process works and that I needed to shower off before going in it. She told me where things were and how to use the push button in the pod if I should need anything as I was floating. Once I closed the door, I showered and then entered the pod after putting in the provided ear plugs (which did not work well btw). They also provide a blue head support to lay your head on in case you can't keep your head above water. The depth was less than a foot, I would say about 6 to 8 inches of salt water. You can keep the hatch door open or pull it down to close it and shut out the outside world and enjoy the true experience. At first I closed it and tried to relax as much as possible. I can't swim or even float so I was skeptical about this whole thing from the beginning. However, once I was in it, I literally felt my legs being lifted as I took the pics lol. Once I let go, my whole body just floated. Arms, legs, everything! Once you find that sweet spot, you're golden!! For a few minutes I just lay there, floating in the middle of the pod. If you move, be aware that your head may hit the side of the pod so that can be a bit abrupt if you're in total zen mode. Yes it happened to me a few times so I know from experience lol. After a while I opened the door because the strong scent of salt water was getting to me. I then floated with it open for a while, before closing it halfway before I ended my session. Bethany spoke through the little speaker in the pod giving me my 5 min warning (my session was 1 hr). At that point I got out and showered once again. Once I was dressed, I walked out and gave her the gift certificate and was out the door. She was very friendly and helpful. No one else was there so it was nice having it quiet and to myself. Overall, it was a very calming experience but it's definitely something to get used to. Great service, very clean and covid prepped. Lots of available parking out front. It was my 3rd time back. I purchased five 1 hour sessions for the infrared sauna. The service is always excellent. Today, my appointment was at opening time (9 am). The past 2 sessions I came in at 10, so the sauna was already very warm. It takes some time to get to the highest temperature of 158 degrees F. On my other 2 visits, the sauna had been turned on previously, so it was already very hot when I arrived. This may help when planning early morning sauna appointments. I came here with my cousin and we did a basic couples massage. We got a coupon from Groupon and I've been to a different location before so I wasn't expecting too much from it. The room was brighter didn't give me a very spa type of ambiance but the two ladies who did our massage were alright. Pressure was adjusted to preference but the 50mins went by very quickly. I asked for a full body, which I did get, however so much focus on my back and very little to everything else. After the massage we were able to use the infrared sauna which was a nice little perk but overall, the price point is pretty steep for me. I personally prefer reflexology places when getting massages but this is cute if you're just going for a mini self care day. Bought a couples massage on Groupon for this place and decided to give it a shot... it's in the Trader Joe's parking lot so you already know that parking sucked, but it is what it is and that's not really their fault Inside, the place is clean and the staff was friendly. The massage room was decent and the massage itself was very relaxing... it was a littleeee hard at first trying to get an appointment scheduled due to wanting a certain male/female combo during the week but eventually we just made it work. They usually like to do the sauna before the massage as it warms up your body beforehand but because of our appointment time it had to be done the other way around which was a little strange... nonetheless, I still love a good sauna session and I would definitely recommend this place and come back to it for another session! read more

The front desk addressed an issue I had with my membership, in that I had accumulated so many credits and I couldn't make appointments to use them fast enough before being charged the monthly fee again and again. Had been to the Corona and Wildomar locations and was never offered the option of a membership "freeze" until I got some of the credits down. The young ladies at this location knew I had a problem and offered a solution right away. Not only that but I was able to get a facial that day and leave completely satisfied after having ongoing issues with appointments and not being able to make them, due to lack of availability or when I finally could, they would cancel them due to this or that, at the Corona location. Lastly I thought I lost my necklace that I removed there. They were very concerned. Turns out that it was balled up inside of my keychain between my keys . See picture. I really liked the ambience of this place! It's very relaxing overall a great vibe. I got a 60 minute massage and did the infrared sauna. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is due to the fact that my therapist didn't stop talking. After going home and evaluating my overall experience I was not happy with that portion at all. I don't get to spend money on myself or have much time to myself and that's the reason why I went to this place in the first place. Update 6/1/20: Tammy contacted me in the last week of May to refund my account appropriately. At this point, I'm satisfied and will update my review from 1 star to 4. I do like the services at this business but am pretty bummed that I had to wait so long for things to get addressed. I have tried to get a hold of Massage Green in Temecula for two months now to put a hold on my account. I've emailed and called (their voicemail is full) with no response. I've tried looking them up on the Better Business Bureau to fil a complaint but their Temecula location does not show up. They are impossible to track down and get a hold of but have NO PROBLEM continuing to charge my account. Their therapists have always been great but their lack of response to my multiple emails and the inability for customers to leave a message on their voicemail system indicates to me that they're engaging in shady business practices. read more

This location is the worst!!!! I signed up here last year and had a terrible massage. I then started going to the San Marcos location and they have been awesome. I decided to cancel my membership to save some money and was told by San Marcos that I had to cancel with the Temecula location since that's where I signed up. I had a couple months worth of credit on my account and when I called Temecula to cancel they said if you cancel now you lose those credits. Wait, what?? So the money I have already paid, you will keep and not let me have a service? So I booked a facial for a couple days later (San Marcos of course) then that day I called Temecula and cancelled. This was last week. And I was told over the phone that no further payments would be collected. Today I wake up and see that the Temecula branch has drafted $69 out of my account. I stopped by just to ask them if they had flaky tanks and instead of just handing me a booklet I got a tour of the whole facility including where all the massages, float tanks and Saunas are. Amazing staff, they answered all the questions I had, showed me where and how everything works. And I didn't plan to float that day but I left, sat in my car for a moment then went back in and asked if they had an opening and they took me right than and there. The float thank was by far the weirdest but most relaxing thing I have ever done, and I pretty much time traveled because I was only suppose to do an hour and ended up floating for two hours! The salt in the tank really helped the acne on my body clear up might I add. Extremely friendly and fairly priced, I will be coming more often. Highly recommend it! read more

I got a gift card for my birthday and made an appointment, I'm a mother of two and never have had a massage before. I understand that places have cancellation polices etc. but we woke up and my son had a fever and was very sick & I wasn't able to make it. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very rude and wasn't very understanding at all. I've had this happen in the past with other places that have had cancellation polices and when an emergency is happening they are way more considerate and understanding. My husband spent $70 for me and we feel we just got robbed of our money because of an emergency. We both work in customer service where it's our job to make the customer happy. This review isn't for the services but for the intentionally undisclosed fees by this establishment. We purchased a Groupon for a COUPLES massage. When we went to schedule the appointment, we were told that there's an additional fee for having one room together. Considering that we purchased a couples massage, I'd think that that would be a given. Additionally, we read the "Fine print" carefully and there was details about fees for other items like maternity massages and such. There was no mention of any additional fees for couples massages. When we checked in, it seemed that they had booked our appointment at the wrong location. We were very clear during booking on our location and our Groupon specifically calls out the location.
