Nice deli! I enjoyed customizing my turkey sandwiches and their online ordering made it convenient for work. Both times we ordered delivery, our lunch was late so I would suggest you pad your time. The bread got a little soggy, but the ingredients were fresh and the sandwich was a decent size.

I am visiting from out of state and found this place near the hotel I was staying in. It was good food and the atmosphere was so nice and calm. I sat here for a bit and enjoyed the calm setting. The person behind the counter was also super nice. If I get the chance to come back to Seattle I'll come visit this place again.

I walk past this market all the time, so decided to actually stop by for lunch on a Thursday around 2 PM. The shop is a bit bigger than it looks, and has some counter seating if you choose to eat there. They also have a really big drink and snack selection too They have a screen ordering system which was really nice. They have quite a few specialty sandwiches with creative names, but it's not obvious what's in each of them, so it helps to actually take a look at the menu behind the cashier before ordering! I selected a sandwich somewhat at random. I also noticed that they had 8 different types of samosas, with some fun stuffings, so decided to get a butter chicken samosa. There were quite a few people waiting, and it took several minutes but my food was soon out. The samosa was shockingly warm, a good temperature, and tasted pretty good! I would definitely go back just to try the other samosa flavors. Each was about $4. My sandwich was also warm, and it was delicious. They're also pretty big and seemed generous with filling. I will definitely be back to try the other options!

I stopped here twice during my work trip in Seattle and I so was impressed both times! If I lived there I'd be there weekly. I got the ham sandwich first and then the turkey sandwich. Both were great but the ham kinda blew my mind how good it was. They also have such fun and unique snacks. Wish I had time to try the ice cream. Both times the person at the counter was so friendly and nice! I highly recommend for a quick lunch spot!

This place isn't the most efficiently run deli, but dang, they make a really good sandwich! Everything is made fresh, and sandwich fixings are fresh and plentiful. Will definitely go back

I am a big Rueben sandwich fan. I know this won't beat New York or Chicago so my expectations weren't that high. I was pleasantly surprised that the sandwich was actually good. Now I would say for $13.00 it was small to size. New York, Chicago and some places in Dallas have bigger sandwiches for a better price. However, I am in the Northwest so I deal with what I get. The taste was good. The sandwich was prepared well and from the first bite I was excited. I finished the sandwich in no time flat. If I am ever back in Seattle I will be back.

Sandwiches are worth the wait- I loved the Italian and the African. I have been searching high and low for a no-fuss delicious deli sandwich and these really hit the spot!!!! I will be back. And back. And back again. I'm so happy.

Really surprised that this place isn't listed on Yelp unless it's super new or residents are hellbent on keeping it under the radar. I was at a conference in SLU looking for a quick bite when I walked past this deli and did a double take when I saw a few people walk out with big-ass sandwiches. I went in eventually and got their BLTA (bacon, lettuce, tomato, & avocado) and let me tell you, they keep a sandwich making wizard in the back kitchen. This sandwich was stuffed to the brim with fresh lettuce, tomato, avocado, and bacon. The bread was pressed thin, crispy, and perfect. And it was wrapped so tight and cut straight down the middle. While waiting I looked at their store selection and they have a cute impressive selection of random delicious snacks. For a novelty junkie like me I can't wait to come back and buy a little of everything. The only complaint I had was the price of the drinks wasn't anywhere to be found, though the overall price of my sandwich, chips, and drink were pretty on par with SLU lunch prices. Come check it out, you'll get a sandwich that won't disappoint you!

The restaurant is family owned, and it felt very loved and lived in. I could see all the love that went into making this restaurant and I can see why it is such a loved spot. There's so many people waiting to come in and eat at this spot. I waited in line for almost an hour, and I usually don't like to wait for my food, but this place is worth it. Their service was perfect and they made sure to check in on us. When you walk in, you order and then you are placed at a table. Shortly after you do get your food and I didn't wait too long for my meal. To be honest, I'm writing this review late. It's been a few months, but I'm still dreaming about that Ube pancake. Since it's brunch time, it was quite busy on a Saturday afternoon, but it was lively and heartwarming to be amongst people that were enjoying the food and the environment. The restaurant itself has a warm atmosphere. They're opened for breakfast and lunch only, and they serve all-dat breakfast which gives you different options. I was hoping to try the ube pancakes, but I found out that they're only available from Friday - Sunday. So, I ordered the combo-silog from the rice is life section. It comes with one pork chop, one longanisa, one lumpia, two eggs, and garlic rice. Everything was flavorful, cooked well, and filling. It was a great way to sample several Filipino favorites on one plate. One thing to note is that you order and pay upfront before being seated, which I assume helps with service and prevent dine and dashers. Overall, I had a great experience and can see why Ludi's has such rave reviews.

The soups are insane, but this time we tried the smoked sablefish with an unreal horseradish cream and beets. For entrees, we ordered the pork w/ nectarines (out of this world), moussaka and halibut. The host told us that we "didn't leave a phone number," even though we were never asked for one and were told to wait outside until she comes get us. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she complimented my shirt mid-conversation, which felt like she was trying to brush it off. The entire time we were outside, we were the only people waiting, and we even saw her setting up the outside seating as the restaurant got busier. She never once checked in with us or said anything.
