Hence the four stars. However, the front office and overall check-in/check-out process felt rushed and somewhat unorganized. I was asked to arrive early, but when I got there there were no intake forms to complete. There was a tablet displayed for sign-in, but instead of using it I was asked for my name and then told to manually sign in on a clipboard. The process just felt a bit inconsistent. I may be mentally comparing it to other wellness spas I've visited, but the communication around the membership also wasn't very proactive. When I initially called to start the membership, not much information was shared about pricing or the process. After my appointment, I noticed another tablet displaying total charges that were much higher than what I expected. I was told to disregard those numbers with no explanation of the additional cost verbally requested until I asked. I mentioned that I had a membership, but I was still initially charged the higher rate. Additionally, there wasn't an offer to help schedule my next appointment, which I've typically experienced at other similar businesses. That said, the quality of the massage was great, so I'm willing to give this location another try. It was also a Saturday, so perhaps they were busier than usual. I'm hopeful the front desk experience will feel a bit smoother next time before I decide whether to switch locations.

When I walked in, I was greeted by a wonderful young lady at the front reception area. The place was clean and welcoming. I was offered plain or infused water while I waited a short while. I did my intake questions on their iPad., took less than 5 minutes. Shortly afterwards, Ms. Kate came out to get me. She was so sweet and professional. She asked me the areas I would like to work on today. Once in her massage area I instantly felt calm and when my massage started, I was so relaxed. The table was comfortable & heated. There were sounds of waves and the ocean, which is my favorite sound next to my son's belly laugh. The products she used smelled amazing. As a breast cancer survivor these 80 minutes were THE BEST I have felt since my diagnosis at the end of 2023. I truly didn't know what I was missing. I now know I will invest in ME more in 2026.
