a platter of meat and cheeses

I am so very glad I finally got to try this place with my girlfriends. It was small so I totally understand not being able to accommodate my big party. The wine was so very good. I had the Pinot Grigio- we ordered a charcuterie board and it was the best I've ever had. The selections on it were vast and the choices of cheese and meat were so darn good! The owner was so friendly and helpful. I have to say the music choices In the background??? We loved it!!! Our generation so we sang along and had such a good time! We will be back for sure!

A nice selection of both domestic and foreign wines to suit most any palette.

A great stop for happy hour and a little wine and food shopping. A charcuterie plate with a couple glasses of wine was a perfect afternoon stop. The meat and cheese plate was wonderful with a great selection which included some dried fruits, nuts and pickled things. The Sweet drop peppers were a great new bite for us. We will definitely be back for more good noshing and wine.

Great charcuterie and wine. Very nice selection of cheeses. This is a must stop in Anacortes.

THE BEST VINEGAR AND OIL SHOP I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!! They'll let you taste them all but be careful cuz then you'll have to buy them all too. Haven't had one that wasn't absolutely amazing!

This is the small charcuterie platter - yum!

My new favorite wine bar! Lovely selection of northwest and European wines. Fabulous charcuterie platters. Very reasonable prices and wonderful service! Highly recommend!

I was visiting Anacortes and wandered in here for a glass of wine. I can't say enough how lovely the shop and the owner and staff are - friendly and knowledgeable! I asked for a recommendation and got a great glass of wine. There are wines by the glass or bottles for purchase, and bottles can be opened to drink (you buy the bottle and can take the rest). Indoor and outdoor seating, very covid safe (masks etc). It makes me wish I lived in Anacortes so I could visit more regularly.

Charcuterie for two! Excellent bites to go with the red blend.

This is a great place we visited early afternoon this past Saturday. We got there early enough to be alone in the small dining area and have the full attention of the owner. We picked our wine and he created the beautiful mix of meats, cheeses and olives to go with it. He described everything to us as he served it. We walked by after we shopped a few stores round the corner and all the tables were full! Salt and Vine won't disappoint!

I adored this place, Andrew, the owner, was super fun and helpful when I had questions and the cheese was amazing. So good. His Pink Floyd Spotify playlist was also a big hit with us. We live in Seattle but we will be back!

Where do i start? OMGGGGGG! Amazing wines! Chocolates! AND Their charcuterie board is OUTSTANDING! If you tried to do this on your own (Which I have many O times)... you end up spending 4 times as much! During these times of "to go" orders, this felt like home! It had a variety of meats and cheeses, fresh baguette, pickles, olives, etc. Perfect idea for the parties where you have to bring something, last minute guests, or an average Wednesday like we had! In fact, I'm ordering one now for tomorrow's boat ride. Can't wait!

    Perfection!

Quaint, funky, and beyond tasty. The charcuterie boards are out off this world fantastic and special made depending on what wine you're drinking. Their wine selection spans so many regions throughout the world that there's something for everyone. The gem of Anacortes.

    Charcuterie!

We ended up here for a late lunch because every other restaurant in Anacortes either had a long wait list or completely ignored us after we were seated. It must have been fate, because the charcuterie was hands down the best we've EVER had. Six different cheeses and six different meats plus dried fruits, olives, peppers and cornichons, plus condiments and served with a whole grain sourdough bread. A perfect accompaniment was the glass pour bubbly! Andrew was an amazing host and we can't wait to return. Prices were very reasonable.

Two glasses of wine and a cheese plate cost more than a nice lunch for 2 at Adrift or elsewhere in town. Nice try but no thanks.

It's not a restaurant in the traditional sense; it's more of a landscape. We had dozens of fresh west coast oysters, smoked oysters, shrimp, crab, beer, and....a view that made this an unforgettable experience. If you're looking for a place that celebrates the food rather than the performance, this is it. Go for the oysters, stay for the silence, and leave knowing exactly where your food came from. Food (5/5): Everything was outstanding. I'm not even a fan of smoked oysters but these were prepared in a way that made them truly amazing. Customer Service (4.5/5): The staff were friendly and readily available. Price (Est. $60/person): It is easy to lose track of the final bill when the food is this good and you keep the orders coming, but expect to spend around $60 per person. Decor/View (4.5/5): The outdoor setting is perfect, especially on a clear nice day, providing an unmatched view of the water.

It's pretty amazing the difference in taste across the different oysters. They were great! Super fresh and served with a couple wedges of lemon and mignonette. A little different than the way they're served on the opposite coast (typically lemon, cocktail sauce, horseradish, and mignonette. Several of the oysters were pretty large and took some chewing to get through. I paired them with a nice glass of gruner veltliner. Great spot, I'd definitely return.

We headed over for dinner to celebrate a special occasion, and we were glad we'd made a reservation because the place was packed! The ambiance here is dark and elegant - not something I necessarily expect in Anacortes, but it set the perfect tone for a special evening. Our server, Aimee, who I knew from local Yelp events years ago, was absolutely fantastic. She knew everything on the menu, and by the time she described everything we asked about, we had trouble not ordering it all. But first, we started with a bottle of perfectly chilled sauv blanc while we perused the menu. I was impressed by the varied selection of food. They have everything from burgers to ribeye, and all very fairly priced. We started with an order of calamari, perfectly fried and served with a citrussy, aioli-style sauce. For dinner, Dude loved their fish 'n chips while I devoured a plate of fresh king salmon served atop crispy risotto and the most amazing pesto lemon cream sauce. After we enjoyed sharing a dish of tasty creme brulee, Aimee shared that they serve brunch here too! I had no idea, but looking at the menu and hearing that they serve mimosas, we'll definitely be back. We also got a mini tour of their adorable speakeasy style bar and huge in-progress beer garden too. I'm definitely keeping Tasha Lee's on my Anacortes rotation!
