I have sensitive eyes, especially after lasik so this is a big deal * it's so relaxing I always fall asleep * MY LASHES DONT FALL OFF * I usually don't need a fill for 3-4 weeks...yes I'm serious. Literally had my lashes done went to Oregon on a rafting trip. Raft got a hole in it. Long swim/float down river...came back to Leanna 3.5 weeks later only lost 3-5 lashes total. I know...its wild. Location- great! It's in the MySalon building which is connected to a parking garage so there's plenty of free parking. Atmosphere- so relaxing! The music, the decorations, even the temperature of the room. It's inviting but calming. And very clean! SHANNON did my eyelash lift and eyebrow tinting. I'm a very low maintenance person, which is why I opted to stay with just my natural lashes and get a lift. After I got saw the end product, I was in awe! My lashes were so lifted, and it looked like I had mascara on. This is my first time getting lashes done and I'm definitely going to her to get it done again. And for my eyebrows- she was very meticulous about making sure they were even. We both checked a few times to make sure it was even and they were! I was very happy about not having to do anything to my lashes or eyebrows for a few weeks! Bonus points to Shannon for making sure I felt at ease throughout the whole process. This review is for Shannon! Shannon has been doing my lashes for the last 2 years. I found her when I used to be a member at Amazing Lash Studios (don't go there!) Long story short I am happy to say we are happy reunited :) I really believe Shannon cares about my lashes more than I do. She really takes the time really study your eyes to find the best look. Every time I go in, first she spends a good chunk of time removing the overgrown lashes and then figures out what bothered me last time- I have super finicky lashes and I have sensitive eyes, so she will adjust the style to leave the inner corners lash free, or she will adjust the length on different parts of my eye. In situations where I had fall out sooner than usual she has always figured out a time to come in (she's even come in to meet me on days shes off or way before her usual shift) and help fill in the gaps so I don't look like a crazy lady. My work requires me to travel a lot so there are times where I go 3-4 weeks without getting them touched up and they still look amazing. In situations when I know ahead I can't come in to see her I let her know and she will adjust what style and what length, what lash she uses to ensure the most retention. She is literally a perfectionist lash scientist and knows what she is doing!! Not to mention, she is such a great human being, and is absolutely hilarious. We have the best time and she has truly become a person I keep close to me in my inner circle. I will never go to anyone else besides Shannon and will go to ugly and painful strip lashes before I see another stylist. read more

Shannon is absolutely amazing! Let's start with location, SALT Esthetics is located in a cute little area in Newport Beach. The building is easy to find and there is plenty of parking! When I arrived the first thing I noticed is how clean and beautifully decorated the salon is. Shannon had me lay on the table which was surprisingly comfortable. I have back issues so comfort is huge for me. She even gave me an extra blanket in case I got cold. While getting my lashes done there was nice music playing in the background and we engaged in fun girl talk which made the time go by very fast. Shannon is super cool and very professional!
