Despite trying countless products and treatments over the years, nothing worked long-term. Kimberly took the time to thoroughly assess my skin, develop a personalized treatment plan, and recommend quality skincare products that have become essential to my daily routine. She also went through all the skincare items I was using and vetted whether they were good for my skin or not. We started with bi-monthly sessions, and as my skin improved, transitioned to monthly treatments. Today, my skin is the clearest it's ever been. I rarely break out -- and if I do, it's a small, manageable spot that clears quickly. Over the years, I personally referred more than three customers who went on to purchase packages worth hundreds of dollars. I also supported their business during COVID when they relocated to a medical center. When I recently considered purchasing another package, I was offered the exact same discount that is available to everyone else--and essentially the same discount I was offered 10 years ago. After a decade of loyalty and bringing new customers to the business, I expected at least some acknowledgment or appreciation for that support. Unfortunately, loyalty clearly doesn't seem to mean much here. To make matters worse, I no longer feel that the services justify continuing to spend my money there. Many of their facial services are very basic, and a large portion of what they offer is also regularly available through Groupon. It's disappointing because I genuinely supported this business and recommended it to others for years. But customer loyalty should go both ways. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and will no longer be referring friends, family, or anyone else to this establishment.

Once my acne was under control, I moved on to laser treatments to help with scarring and pigmentation, and the improvement has been life changing. This place truly feels like a second home. Lashes On The Beach is the best lash salon in Orange County! They are Japanese lash techs and a few non Japanese but they are all skilled! They lash extensions, lash lift, sugar wax, eyebrow lamination, nails, facial and oil body massage! Each service has specialists so not like one person does all services. She did great work for the price of 80-145$ depending on how long I had gone without an appointment. I never paid more than 150$ even at 5 weeks and that's with a 21% tip. She did however often missing areas and the lashes started falling off within a week of a visit not each time but frequently. I went 4 months without an appointment due to allowing my lashes a break and to grow naturally with vitamin. When I came back naturally, I guess I expected her to remember my lash style after having me as a client for four years and following her to new beginnings. Unfortunately, this was not the case when I sat in her chair she finished my lashes with a regular thin lash. I paid normal 166.75 that was including a 21% tip. I messaged her a day later asking for another appointment to give a full thick lash style. She charged an extra 25$ . . Which I was OK with as services are not free and I should've mentioned while in her chair.. 3weeks later I asked for another appointment.. scheduling conflicts prevented, and it took a week extra to get a scheduled appointment. I actually had to reach out to her because she ignored.My efforts to schedule an appointment before the 4 weeks mark . She proceeded to do my eyelashes with a hybrid cat eye. Completely satisfied as always with her work , never expecting perfection or complain about her work ethic she handed the payment device with a total amount of 189.75$ for a full hybrid cat eye with a 15% tip ... I was in shock as I was only prepared to pay my 120-140$ for a new full set ... Very upset and having to contact family to send an extra 60 for completing the service she provided .. we went back-and-forth on the amount I typically pay... I left letting her know she has lost a five-year client and she should inform people if prices go up.
