First time here. Special Occasion. Give it 4-5 stars for ambiance and location and service. Food was above average. Sour dough really good. Prime rib was cooked too much on outside. The wood fired steak was tasty but a small slab. Waffle fries were okay, waitress suggested it but should've maybe gone with Brussels sprouts. Will return again to try their burgers and sandwiches and drinks at the bar. A pleasant experience first time around.

Salt Creek closed on December 31 2025 have gone there since the day it opened it was a great place where we would take our clients for dinner. We have celebrated many anniversaries and birthdays celebratory dinners when I receive my real estate license so many great memories. Will truly be missed. Thank you Salt Creek for the memories.

We are so lucky to have the Salt Creek Grill so close to home. The staff are always happy and professional, we can't see a bad seat int he dining room with a view of the river form almost every seat. The food is always great and the service is top shelf. I highly recommended this place for a nice date. Go see for yourself

First time here To start we had the sourdough loaf - good and big portions would recommend at least 3-4 people if you want to order we also go the stuffed jumbo shrimp which were amazing Dinner we wound up ordering sushi which was just okay probably wouldn't get this again because everyone else's entree's looked delicious and this left something to be desired. Got the infamous souflee it was good but so so rich and again probably need 3-4 people to order and enjoy and with just 2 of us it went to waste. Overall would come back just probably make different choices

What we got was beyond anything we could have imagined. From the very beginning, Michaela and her team went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. Every request--big or small--was met with enthusiasm, creativity, and genuine care. I had collected so many unique and whimsical pieces to incorporate into our celebration, and Michaela placed every single detail throughout the restaurant with such thoughtfulness and style. It truly felt like us in every corner of the space. The atmosphere was warm, intimate, and beautifully personalized. Our guests are still talking about how special and different the evening felt--it was a true celebration, not just an event. And the food... absolutely outstanding. Every dish was delicious, beautifully presented, and served seamlessly. The entire experience felt effortless, which allowed us to fully enjoy every moment. That we noticed. We sat at the bar with a truly pleasant barkeep named Devon. Great guy. Produced two stunning cocktails ( Awedome Negroni and blood orange Margaritas) He showed us the changes which were mostly operation things but also the new menu. ( I always liked the old menu but this one was also inviting ) He explained that they did away with pizza .. that's fine as I wouldn't think of going here for pizza .. that I'll do at Birravino .. we ordered the tuna appetizer which was delicious and fresh. Served in a chilled broth with Avacado nice dish. Vicky loved it ! I had the eggplant parm app which was also pretty authentic in its simplicity but with a fantastic sauce. I could have stopped there as it was so satisfying but no.. we needed. To try the veal malfadine which was perfectly al dente and the killer pork chop which was hands down one of the most delicious I've had in a while To finish we sampled the bambaloni, a zeppola type dessert which was nicely deep fried .. presented well and tasted great but I had a major guilt thing after eating such a heart attack invitation All told we love it here ..

The food was very good. The Greek paella was delicious and the portions huge. The Octopus was a bit tough. So I came here again for lunch last week (5/25), and I ordered the fried calamari the Spanikopita and the grilled octopus with mashed fava. The mashed fava was delicious and has become my new obsession. However, I disappointed with the rest of my lunch. The octopus was tough and one small portion had a bitter taste slightly like vinegar. It could've been that it was charred on the grill And so it tasted a bit bitter. I still ate it trying to find a piece that maybe would have tasted better and tender and then that brought back a recollection of the last time that I was here that my friend and I felt the octopus was a bit tough. Most likely overcooked. The fried calamari did not have flavor. At $21 for the appetizer, I expected better. I have a hard time trying to find good calamari and I think I've been to maybe two places that actually seasoned the breading and the calamari was delicious. Not here. It also was not served with lemon. I've gone between giving them 3 or 4 stars but decided on four since I can't give 3.5. I'm basing my rating on the cleanliness of the place, the space, the service, as the young lady who was my waitress was an absolute doll, and the fava, paella, lamb kebabs and huge portions. Would I go here again, yes, I would, but I will try other dishes. I will not be ordering the calamari here or anywhere else again nor will I be ordering the octopus here again. Note: for lunch, I spent $55.45 for the 3 items, not including tip.
