We waited and waited but left before being served. Menu looked good however. Totally handicapped accessible with handicap parking and handicap bathroom

A cute little restaurant in Park City with a fresh menu of both breakfast and lunch items! We had the French dip and Hallibut tacos, which the waitress even said are the most popular items on their menu! The prices are high, but the amount of food you get makes up for the price! The only downside is the restaurant was a little small and I could see it being crowded if they were really busy.

Yummy everything bagel with creamy cheese

I had the avocado toast. It was delicious packed with goodness. The service was excellent and friendly. The Filipino guy made the best matcha latte. The place was clean and many delicious options to go.

We grabbed food to go here to bring over to Offset Bier and it was perfect! Really close and absolutely delicious.

Great food, good service! Best pancake I've ever had in my life, it was so soft and fluffy! It took about 30 minutes for our food but it was worth the wait!

Potato Egg Sando, eggs your way, egg white scramble.

What a find in Park City! It's nice that this restaurant is outside of busy Main St. Plenty of parking in their private lot. Loved the food! All of the dishes that we tried were very delicious and well prepared. The ingredients were really fresh. Service was great! We stopped by around 10 am on a a Saturday and we were seated right away. Our server was very attentive and made sure that our water was always topped off. Looking forward to our next visit to Park City so we can visit Saltbox again!

This has gotta be one of the best dining establishments in Park City. Truly one of the best food experiences I've had here! Andrea, our server (and maybe manager), was lovely and very welcoming upon arrival. She served us with a bright smile on her face and she seemed very happy to be part of this restaurant. I initially thought it was only a grab-and-go type of establishment, but they surprisingly had ample amount of seating available if you wanted to dine in. The environment felt cozy but not tight at all, with fun decorations inside. We came during the holiday season--I LOVED the holiday decoration and music, it created such a nice atmosphere. They have great grab-and-go options if you wanted to as well! The food was nothing short of excellent. Their sandwiches were some of the best I've ever eaten in my life, taking on such a unique presentation--especially the Potato Egg Sando (sandwich). Their sandwiches' included great flavor, level of warmth, and texture. I highly recommend coming here for a meal! Honorable mention: although minor detail, the water jars added an additional sense of coziness Here are my food ratings! Breakfast Burrito 8.4/10 Potato Box 9.4 Saltbox Egg Sando 9.2 - delicious! my only suggestion is to see if the ciabatta bread can be a tad softer.

Every bit of the love this place gets is justified! We were famished after a day of traveling. Saltbox delivered with flavorful, fresh food. My hubs had the brisket and eggs. I usually don't buy brisket unless I see a smoker, but I needn't have worried. There was great smoke flavor and nice fattiness to the meat. We all marveled at the hash browns, which were in a lovely ring shape. I had the açaí smoothie bowl and a side of fries ( best of both worlds). The bowl was filling with fresh fruit. I wished the granola was crunchier for the added texture, but it was still tasty. The fries were freshly cut and came with it a delicious dipping sauce. We enjoyed everything so much that my husband went back again the next day! Service was competent, if not overly friendly, and a table outside in the shade was perfect for the day.

One of the best Acai Bowls I've had. Açaí was creamy and the fruit was fresh. Great spot and great service

At the same time, they do the "common" stuff really well like kids' food. Great experience through and through. Walking in, you immediately know it's a well-run establishment, there's people moving quickly everywhere and they even have a few to-go areas with coffee stations that seems to be busy. We went during the World Cup and they also had a projector playing one of the games for a cool vibe. They had an amazing menu of commonly found entrees, but with like an elevated twist. Everything from food to coffee was absolutely delicious. Unique flavor profiles and everything just worked. Really cool spot and I would say a must check out if you're in the area.

Our waiter was super knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. He helped me order a lavender coffee drink and it came out exactly how I wanted it. My partner tried their orange coffee seasonal drink and it was incredible. It was so unique, smooth, interesting and not too sweet. All of their seasonal drinks sounded fun. It was hard to order because I wanted everything on the menu. My chilaquiles were balanced, filling, and rich. My partners mermaid bowl was fun and the perfect temperature to not turn into soup by the time you were done eating it. They had a kids menu and high chairs. The apple juice that came with the kids meal must have been fresh squeezed. It was the best apple juice I had ever tried and it was a huge portion size. The fries were tasty. My only wish is that there was one of these in Maryland so I could be a regular.

The staff we interacted with were equally lovely. Biscuits and gravy is my go-to at any diner. I mean it when I say this was the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. The whole thing is one biscuit and the gravy is more of a bechamel with a peppery kick balanced by the sweet biscuit; more like a savory cake in the best way. My professional cook boyfriend is rarely ever impressed by food and we were equally blown away! There are no incorrect options on the menu. Bf also loved his huevos rancheros, but the biscuits and gravy were the star of the show. We cannot recommend it enough and couldn't stop talking about it the rest of our trip.

We had a variety of food dishes for brunch and nothing stood out. Actually, the "Shakshuka" stood out because this was without a doubt the worst shakshuka I've ever eaten. It was made entirely incorrectly. The sauce was bland and watery. There were copious amounts of whole garlic cloves (??????) which forced a game of dodge the cloves to eat whatever else was remotely edible. The staff was nice.

They operate like a real family, not in the toxic "we're all family here" way, but in a warm, supportive, actually-enjoyable-to-witness way. You can feel it the moment you walk in. Add to that a rustic, cozy ambiance that's honestly a 20/10, and you're already off to an incredible start. I ordered the Shakshuka, and it was phenomenal. The eggs were cooked perfectly, which is no small feat, showing real expertise in the kitchen. Comforting, balanced, and clearly made with care. We split the green apple and blue cheese salad, which was good, though I've had better. If the dressing were just a bit sweeter and more seasoned, it would really hit its stride. Adding more caramelized pecans and a bit more chopped green apple would give it that final kick it needs. Still enjoyable, just shy of great. The vegan lentil chili was so close to being one of the best I've ever had. The combination of vegetables and lentils was absolutely spot-on, it just needed a touch more seasoning for my taste. A small salt/sugar balance would take it over the top. The corn muffin served alongside was good as well, but could also benefit from a little seasoning. All things considered, this place is a 10/10 for Park City dining. Incredible atmosphere, outstanding service, and food that's thoughtful, skillfully prepared, and clearly made with heart. Unfortunately, our request for no red onion was either not conveyed by our server or disregarded by the kitchen - not a big deal in and of itself but I was a bit surprised when our server made no attempt to rectify the error beyond simply saying "sorry."
