My issue is when I consigned a bunch of my own items. When I went to pick up my unsold and my money for the sold items, I really felt she shorted me on the money after I did my math when I got home. It wasn't worth the effort to complain since driving over to Santa Cruz isn't the easiest trip depending on the traffic. 17 can be a pain driving over the hill. Anyway I decided not to shop or consign there anymore for this reason. She had shared with me that it's a tough business and it's hard to keep going.
