The potato salad has a lightly sweet mustard base to it with some eggs and relish mixed in. I enjoyed the beans more than the potato salad as the beans were in some kind of sweet and smoky conglomeration made in the back with brown sugar as a key ingredient. There are 4 sauces and I usually try to rank sauces, but I couldn't do it with these. They are all worthy on their own merit. The four sauces and a brief description are: Classic - mildly sweet tomato with a little pepper Sweet and Smoky - very sweet with a smoky taste and ketchup base Tangy - part vinegar, part tomato, all tangy Sue Tang - spicy mild to medium BBQ sauce, tomato base The one downside and it's common being a Southerner in the Mid-West is there is usually no sweet tea and if there is, it isn't sweet enough.
