Yessenia did an amazing job! She was friendly and professional and gave me exactly what I requested. To my surprise, they replied to my texts and it was very easy to set up an appointment. I showed up on a Wednesday evening (around 4pm) and was promptly served. They washed my hair, followed by a haircut, then another wash, then perm, then wash, then another follow up haircut. Needless to say, they were very thorough and they also even provided snacks and water. This was a good experience and I would definitely come back if I'm looking for a korean perm in the area. I've gotten korean perms in the south bay, Korea, Singapore, Taiwan and Spain, and I would say this was one of the better experiences (albeit, I am also paying bay area pricing).
