No sand!), pork belly, pork intestines, house beef, and lamb. All tasty, but the flavors start to blend together fast. Even the cold apps like smashed cucumbers and jellyfish had a similar marinade, so we grabbed a bowl of rice to reset our palates. I actually appreciated that the skewers come fully grilled from the back instead of using a personal table grill. Our group didn't mind at all. The staff was incredibly friendly, service was fast, and the restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. Just a heads-up: even "mild" runs spicy, so be prepared. I'm curious to try their congee and noodle soup next time since the menu goes beyond just skewers. I also noticed several people brought in bubble tea from Frostea next door, which is genius. Both are so flavorful and delicious, and the sauce has me licking my plate as to not waste any of it. I believe each order comes with 10 dumplings and it's filling and delicious and I've had leftovers both times. Highly recommend! I've only gotten take out here so I can't speak to the ambiance, however we did order online once and they were either out of stock of an item or forgot it - I can't remember exactly what happened because it was a few months ago - but we called them to let them know and they had incredible customer service. I was a little disappointed when we received the dish and it didn't seem to have any spice in it at all. Luckily there was a shaker at the table so crisis averted.
