This dish was a bit softer than normal, but I was fine since we had rice to go with it. The beef strands mixed well with the thin sliced peppers so it was easy chew and the spice packs a punch. I already have a go to spot in RI for orange chicken and not many other places I've been, have been on par with my go to spot. Fortune house is now one of those places that rivals my go to orange chicken spot! I also love the relaxed and cozy atmosphere. The mood lighting, the relaxing music playing throughout the restaurant. The seats are some of the softest and comfiest I've ever sat in, in any restaurant. I also would like to mention they have one of those classic moving waterfall pictures in the entry way. I always love seeing those. I told the bride not to panic, that we could figure it out. I went to several different restaurants to piece together a menu that was amazing. We ordered a Thai Vegetable rice from Thai Garden and it was a huge hit. Everyone loved it, saying how it was full of all kinds of delicious ingredients. Not one grain of that rice was left!!!
