This place opens at 5:30 which is amazing and the donuts here are really delicious they are not the ones that are airy and empty these are donuts like cake donuts and definitely have some substantial flavors if you like to eat donuts this is your place to go support small businesses in the community they are very important

The place is nice and clean. The donut texture is on the soft and pillow side. Service is good and noise level is low. Lots of drink selections such as coffee, boba, fresh juices, and lots of other bottle drinks. Got a dozen of their donunt from Too Good to Go and is amazed by the quality.

I called for a large order for pickup around 8am. The lady who answered was super nice and made sure all 10 orders were correct and said it would take around ~15min. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by the owners. They have a wide variety of donuts, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and lunch sandwiches. I got the egg and cheese croissant and it was delicious. Everyone who ordered with me also said their bagel and sandwiches were yummy! Come earlier if you want popular bagel flavors like everything bagel because they run out quick! The prices are reasonable and portion sizes were great. This is a small local family owned business that was recently renovated under new owners. Definitely will be coming back here again but earlier and before work!

The fresh juices were delicious and refreshing!! The total came out to $13 for two 16oz. There's also a fridge with energy drinks and iced tea if you wanted to grab some inside. Next time I'll have to try the bagel sandwiches.

The best bagel sandwich I've ever had in my life was over 5 years ago, from West Side Bagel in Lahaina, Hawaii, which had to close after the Lahaina fires. Since then, I have not had a bagel sandwich that rivaled how good that one was...until NOW. I got a bagel sandwich (B4) from Sam's and LET ME TELL YOU GUYS. Their bagel sandwich was FANTASTIC. One of the best things about it is the melty cheese. Every single ingredient they use in their sandwiches is good quality, especially the bagel dough, which makes a huge difference. I have been back 2 more times since then and both have been great. If I had to give any feedback to improve, it would be to please put more slices of ham, not just one :D

I got donuts from too good to go and they were kind of on the older close to being thrown out. The fresh donuts looked good. Come for the fresh donuts

Used to patronize Arcadia Donuts until I eventually got turned off by the previous owner's constant attempt to capitalize on their association with a victim of the MPK situation years ago to present. Upon finally noticing the change to the store signage and learning that the shop was under totally new ownership, I decided to stop by for a quick breakfast pickup around 8am on a Sunday morning. Was immediately greeted by a polite and heavily preggo gal. Kuddos to her for being on her feet since opening time and still having such a pleasant demeanor. I could never tbh. Lol. The donut case was full and options were plentiful. Only ate a cinnamon crumb donut so far out of the dozen that I purchased, which was fresh, super fluffy, and didn't leave me in a diabetic coma. Inside of the shop had a total refresh and was given new life over the previously dreary and minimalist interior than before. Much more inviting now. Pricing is on par for a mom & pop donut shop. Also appreciate the more extensive sandwich and drink menu offerings, and the fact that I can finally get my Green Thai Tea fix close to home while running errands at the crack of dawn. Sometimes, you can't wait for other tea places to open at noon and just need a quick hit of boba when you're out in the wild with the local senior citizens at sunrise, and now there's a solution for that.

Bacon egg and cheese on panini with jalapeno cheese spread

Very generous and refreshing juice, the only juice that consist of real fruit and not mix with syrup or other artificial flavor, order Panini cream cheese, jalapeño spread with super krispy krispy bacon with well season egg and those melted cheese will water your mouth till the afternoon or perhaps more than words can say! This shop is provided rich nutrient for whoever don't have time to make a fresh juice or healthy, and delicious breakfast in the morning. Go and try them out you will not regret it.

Bearclaw had crisp apples pieces, nice ceiling fans and seating. Croissant sandwich was delicious. Haven't tried the burger yet, Good boba with a BOGO deal currently, open late, tons of drinks and snacks. Remodeled shop, what don't they sell haha!

At first glance, it looked like mine was iced and hers was hot even though we both ordered iced. Naturally, my friend said "Oh I ordered iced". She responded with "it is iced" and walked away. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. It made us want to leave and drink our drinks elsewhere. On top of that, the drinks themselves tasted like mostly milk with just a hint of matcha, and mostly milk with a hint of turmeric. Quite disappointed in both the service and drinks. 2 stars for location, it is walking distance from the Lagree class we came from but most likely would not come back.

It's fun here cuz you can get a little shopping cart and collect your breads. Kinda went crazy and got a bunch to try. The breads looked like they would be dry but weren't and were all really soft, pillowy, and fluffy. The Black Forest bread was topped with toasted almonds, had jiggly thick sweet custard, and a layer of semi sweet chocolate. The hades bread was the only kinda dry bread and was filled with bittersweet chocolate and had a thin sweet Oreo crust on the bottom like a cheesecake would. The pork floss bread had a swirl of sweet savory pork floss and was topped with nutty crunchy sesame seeds. The banana cream bread was filled with like this cheesecake tasting light cream and had some real bananas inside too. The garlic bread was really good, soft, and had a streak of yummy, savory, garlicy, cheesy goodness. They even had a cilantro pork floss cake?! Wasn't getting any cilantro flaves but the cake was nicely spongy, light, vanillay, and had a swirl of pork floss that actually worked with it. Their black sesame cake was also very spongy, jiggly, light, and airy with good black sesame flaves. They even let you try some free samples of bread which my grandma really enjoyed.
