The place is nice and clean. The donut texture is on the soft and pillow side. Service is good and noise level is low. Lots of drink selections such as coffee, boba, fresh juices, and lots of other bottle drinks. Got a dozen of their donunt from Too Good to Go and is amazed by the quality.

The fresh juices were delicious and refreshing!! The total came out to $13 for two 16oz. There's also a fridge with energy drinks and iced tea if you wanted to grab some inside. Next time I'll have to try the bagel sandwiches.

I called for a large order for pickup around 8am. The lady who answered was super nice and made sure all 10 orders were correct and said it would take around ~15min. When we arrived we were greeted warmly by the owners. They have a wide variety of donuts, bagels, breakfast sandwiches, and lunch sandwiches. I got the egg and cheese croissant and it was delicious. Everyone who ordered with me also said their bagel and sandwiches were yummy! Come earlier if you want popular bagel flavors like everything bagel because they run out quick! The prices are reasonable and portion sizes were great. This is a small local family owned business that was recently renovated under new owners. Definitely will be coming back here again but earlier and before work!

Bacon egg and cheese on panini with jalapeno cheese spread

Very generous and refreshing juice, the only juice that consist of real fruit and not mix with syrup or other artificial flavor, order Panini cream cheese, jalapeño spread with super krispy krispy bacon with well season egg and those melted cheese will water your mouth till the afternoon or perhaps more than words can say! This shop is provided rich nutrient for whoever don't have time to make a fresh juice or healthy, and delicious breakfast in the morning. Go and try them out you will not regret it.

I got donuts from too good to go and they were kind of on the older close to being thrown out. The fresh donuts looked good. Come for the fresh donuts

The best bagel sandwich I've ever had in my life was over 5 years ago, from West Side Bagel in Lahaina, Hawaii, which had to close after the Lahaina fires. Since then, I have not had a bagel sandwich that rivaled how good that one was...until NOW. I got a bagel sandwich (B4) from Sam's and LET ME TELL YOU GUYS. Their bagel sandwich was FANTASTIC. One of the best things about it is the melty cheese. Every single ingredient they use in their sandwiches is good quality, especially the bagel dough, which makes a huge difference. I have been back 2 more times since then and both have been great. If I had to give any feedback to improve, it would be to please put more slices of ham, not just one :D

Used to patronize Arcadia Donuts until I eventually got turned off by the previous owner's constant attempt to capitalize on their association with a victim of the MPK situation years ago to present. Upon finally noticing the change to the store signage and learning that the shop was under totally new ownership, I decided to stop by for a quick breakfast pickup around 8am on a Sunday morning. Was immediately greeted by a polite and heavily preggo gal. Kuddos to her for being on her feet since opening time and still having such a pleasant demeanor. I could never tbh. Lol. The donut case was full and options were plentiful. Only ate a cinnamon crumb donut so far out of the dozen that I purchased, which was fresh, super fluffy, and didn't leave me in a diabetic coma. Inside of the shop had a total refresh and was given new life over the previously dreary and minimalist interior than before. Much more inviting now. Pricing is on par for a mom & pop donut shop. Also appreciate the more extensive sandwich and drink menu offerings, and the fact that I can finally get my Green Thai Tea fix close to home while running errands at the crack of dawn. Sometimes, you can't wait for other tea places to open at noon and just need a quick hit of boba when you're out in the wild with the local senior citizens at sunrise, and now there's a solution for that.

    Some of their croissants

Sam's Donuts is great. I highly recommend it. The donuts are delicious, fresh with a pillowy soft center. Sam is very kind, friendly and welcoming. The fresh juices are amazing.

When I asked if it was possible to make the matcha half sweet, it felt like my request was strange. That didn't bother me at first until we received our order. We sat down and she brought our drinks over to us. My friend's drink was served in a white coffee cup, while mine came in a clear plastic cup. At first glance, it looked like mine was iced and hers was hot even though we both ordered iced. Naturally, my friend said "Oh I ordered iced". She responded with "it is iced" and walked away. The whole interaction felt dismissive and unwelcoming. It made us want to leave and drink our drinks elsewhere. On top of that, the drinks themselves tasted like mostly milk with just a hint of matcha, and mostly milk with a hint of turmeric. Quite disappointed in both the service and drinks. 2 stars for location, it is walking distance from the Lagree class we came from but most likely would not come back.

I ordered my go to, Cortado and my friend ordered matcha latte. Nowadays I have thing to sit down and have my coffee with proper cup, not paper cups. Paper cup is ok for to go. My cortado was ok and my friend's latte was also ok. Place is pretty mellow and good for meetings or to get some work done in peace.

It was delicious and a great size! All the flavors were distinguishable yet married perfectly together. And the GREEN salsa is a must! Didn't see it on the menu, but they had it on a promo flyer near the register. Also tried the vanilla cranberry pancakes with a side of bacon. The pancakes were light, fluffy, and perfectly cooked. Accompanied by whipped butter and a not-too-sweet cranberry syrup. Whatever they are doing in the kitchen is magic. I'll be back to try other things from the menu as well as something from their pastry selection. The chocolate cherry hand pie is lingering in my mind! Pictures attached. Sadly, the coffee and chai latte were a miss. The medium size coffee was teeny tiny. So much so I thought they made a mistake. It didn't have a kick and fell short. Too weak for what I was expecting. The chai latte was flat. There was no froth, it was way too spicy, and although I asked for extra honey, it was still not enjoyable. Too bad because the food was so great. The location is perfect and if they can get their drinks a notch up, it will be Sierra Madre's gem! There's a small indoor seating area both with small couch/table set up and single seat bench seating lining the window and wall. If you can grab one of the two high top tables you may have to wipe things down. There are small tables outside too if you don't mind foot traffic and the people watching is good. It may have been the Sunday rush (I was there around 12:30) but I was disappointed with the lack of someone doing quick wipe downs of the least the table tops. Both my table, the window bar seating, and floors were quite untidy. Most disappointing was that a manager or owner was sitting in the 2nd heigh top table chatting with friends. We realized he was management because the barista informed him that they were out of ice. At this point he was surprised that barista was in (maybe it was her day off?) He quickly said goodbye to his friends and walked to the back. This disappointed me for two reasons. 1. He could have been wiping tables and sweeping the floors instead of customers having to clean their own tables. And refilling the utensils as there weren't any forks. 2. He and his friends sat at the table for a while. We arrived and I saw them already there. And they were there until we were almost done eating--which was about 40 mins. There were other customers looking for a place to sit and totally could have used that table. I'm pulling for this spot. I hope they can tidy up these details and will be around for a while.
