This was a complete disaster from start to finish. The installer who showed up was not the person I was told would be doing the job. He came completely unprepared, couldn't communicate with me, and spent most of the day FaceTiming his boss just to figure out what to do. I was clear that one large cut would be needed to install the One Connect box for a Frame TV -- but he didn't check for studs or fire blocks before cutting. He ended up making two massive, unnecessary holes, one of which cut into a supporting stud connected to a structural beam, and another that cut through a fire block with no plan to restore it to code. I had to step in using my own construction knowledge, and he had to leave mid-job to go buy code-compliant sealant after the damage was already done. Since I wouldn't allow him to make any more cuts, he had to fish a wire through my walls and into my closet to get power -- something that could have easily been avoided with proper preparation. He stayed for over 8 hours, didn't cover any of my furniture, and left drywall dust all over my home. I had to stop what I was doing midway through just to pull coverings over my furniture so nothing else would get ruined. I even had to provide him with PPE and a cutting tool because he came without either. Then someone from his team called me during the job to try and tack on an extra $50 for an outlet -- something I had already brought up and clarified over email. The communication was a joke: no email signature, no logo, no website, no professionalism whatsoever. To top it all off, the patch job was horrendous. I'll have to spend nearly as much as I spent on the TV itself just to have a professional come in and repair the wall properly. This was negligent, unskilled, and totally unacceptable. Avoid this company at all costs. You'll spend more fixing their mistakes than getting the actual job done. read more

Sam was wonderful! Me and my boyfriend bought a tv and sound system from my dad about 3 years ago and just never set it up or hung it up. The parts were all separated in bags and boxes and half of the stuff was MIA. I contacted Sam he was out in two days, he was right on time, wiped his feet and came in ready to help! Very courteous. Me and my boyfriend were re doing our entire home and parts to the TV were scattered around our house and garage (nightmare) and were not very tech savvy, so we didn't really know what we had, or what we were missing until he asked for it. He was so patient with us and so helpful even though we were all over the place and missing half of our stuff to even set up our tv. We couldn't even find our bag of cables or remote ‍ we scrounged the house for the cables he needed, and went to Best Buy for a universal remote and it's perfect! We had a mount already mounted on the wall from his brothers old tv, but apparently we left half of the mount ON the old tv before tossing it! Sam figured it out in no time and was able to bolt it to the mount. Sam was a true professional and knew exactly what he was doing. The whole time he was so patient and courteous when helping us set up and even helped assist us with our Xbox and sound bar because again we have no idea what we're doing with electronics lol , I will be recommending him to all my friends and family who need mounting service and will definitely contact him in the future for myself. Sam is probably the nicest person you will ever meet here in LA! But being nice isn't all - he did a PERFECT job mounting our new TV and sound bar!! We live in a new building and it was hard to mount because there was nothing to anchor the screws on. He went to go get stuff from Home Depot that would help anchor it. I just got my TV mounted from Sam, and oh man is this guy amazing. Completely professional amicable and thorough. He first showed up to unmount my TV at my old place and helped me take it to the car and followed me to my new place that wasn't too far away.
