I was referred to this company by our contractor and, unfortunately, should have known better. From…read morethe start, I made several calls to have the job site name updated from the contractor to our own names. Despite multiple requests, they never made the change, which led to a series of issues during the installation process. On the first attempt, the installers showed up without the correct glass size and left the remaining materials at the house while they waited for the correct pieces to arrive. I called at least six times to get the issue rescheduled, but staff repeatedly failed to return my calls. When the second attempt was made, the installer ignored our complaint that the glass was still too small. The owner then came out, only to agree that the glass was indeed flawed. Finally on the third delivery attempt their scheduler fails to call us until installers were less than five minutes from the house. Fortunately we were home, but this just exemplified our entire experience. After three install attempts, two months of waiting, more than 10 calls I made to them, one unannounced-person meeting with the owner, and only a partial refund of less than 10%, we finally received our correct shower glass. Zero accountability, poor processes in place, and terrible customer service. It's a wonder how companies survive being run so poorly.

Our church featured 6 huge stained glass window units roughly 4' x 8' in dimensions, which had…read moresurvived the construction and demolition of two former churches in other areas of the state before we got them in 1976. In 2015, the wear over the years was evident, and I ran across Josh Hendricks, hoping he would be able to renovate those pieces of history in a way to preserve and protect them for years to come. Josh quoted a project to remove the windows, restore as much as possible, replace framing, and install a protective outer custom storm window. We had other quotes, with some being cheaper, but there was something about Josh's personality and his passion when he came to inspect the windows. We didn't know for sure how things would turn out, but we went with him because of his connection that day with our administration. Naturally, as with many things, once he got started, the needed repairs were more extensive than imagined. Josh expertly replaced all the trim layers around the hundreds of individual stained-glass pieces, completely rebuilt the frame, and added additional pieces and bordering to accent the beauty of those works of art. Josh oversaw the installation of the storm units, making sure everything passed his specifications before releasing the glass company installers. Once his company reinstalled our windows, we were breathless. That was 9 years ago, and I was able to tell the story of the history of those windows recently, including Josh and his part of the journey they've traveled. I wish to thank him personally out here, for all the public to know. If you want a cheap company to do a cheap job with stained glass, do not use Josh. If you want somebody who obviously knows his craft, and has a gift in the attention to detail, Josh is the only choice you should make in this state. If anybody wants a real reference, from somebody with real experience, I'm not only the pastor of the church, I also own one of the largest real estate appraisal firms in Tennessee. G. I used this company to install four square blocks of glass in a cat walk in my home when it came…read moreto the day of installation, it was installed totally wrong and very unfinished. The management at Evans did admit that it had been done crappy and it was not corretc. They then stated that they had to order new parts to go around the glass.. I did not hear from them again until February of the next year when they came back to fix it and it still wasn't correct and then wanted to charge me $10,000 for the install had to call another glass company or two to get it fixed and both companies agreed that this project shouldn't have been over $5200 especially since it had no demolition of the wall. I had to pay another 1600 for that please be careful with Evan's glass company and the logo about bringing the cup and you bring the coffee I never was asked if I even wanted a cup with an invoice of $10,000!!!
