She's extremely skilled in pinpointing issues and explaining what she's doing to *mend* them. Debbie employs a bunch of different massage techniques, including ashiatsu (back walking) and inversion. I never thought I'd be okay with someone walking on me, but it really does seem to help with pain and alignment issues. I appreciate that she listens intently and then formulates a plan to lessen the pain substantially in the selected time session (I've requested an hour each time). I've had some frustrating back issues for several years now (sciatica, scoliosis, bulging disc...you name it), and it's incredibly reassuring to know that Debbie is only a few blocks away when I need her. It's easy to get an appointment within the week. If she doesn't pick up the phone, leave a voicemail and she'll respond within 24 hours at most. Debbie is also personable and easy to talk to. When is a tip EVER mandatory? & after I write the $3, she grabbed the receipt for me and wouldn't even let me finish writing my total. I asked for it back because I didn't feel comfortable with how she treated me at that moment. I will not be returning. The entitlement is absolutely insane and unprofessional.
