Upon installation, I noticed when the door was closed, the top section of panels were partially hidden. When I questioned this, he said that the next size down would have been too short. I had no idea that it was going to look like this. After doing some research, I discovered that you can still order a door that would correctly fit a 6'6" door height. I guess 7' doors are now the standard. I gave them some stars because the guys worked hard taking out the old door, installing the new door, and making some adjustments but I'm very disappointed at how it ended up looking at the top. read more

We called them to get a spring repaired. The tech didn't come at the estimated time so I called and was told he was running late and they'd call me back after touching base. I never heard anything until he just showed up almost 2 hours later than originally expected. He then overestimated labor saying 45 minutes to an hour for a job that somehow took 10 minutes but was $200. He also quoted $500 for a part that I now know costs less than $100. My house has cameras throughout the interior and exterior which caught questionable conversation/behavior. I've also now discovered that the spring wasn't actually replaced. The broken one was removed and the cables were realigned. The second spring which was already present is now the only one remaining causing the door not to operate correctly. This was confirmed on the service record for the last company which serviced the door. The phone # I called from Google has now been changed, the address for the business that I saw came back to the convention center when I Googled it but has now changed as well to another fake address. I was told there was a warranty but you can't warranty a part that wasn't even replaced as quoted. The yelp reviews are all AI generated and Facebook reviews come back to fake profiles. I believe they're trying to profit off the business in Victor's name as it's similar enough that people get confused as I did. When you google the name, multiple results show. One with over a 1000 reviews, another with around 120, then the Victor business. It's unfortunate that people think the only way to get ahead is by taking advantage of others instead of making an honest living. I will be looking into this further and taking action against them. It is funny that I called for broken spring, and ended with a garage door that can be opened higher and now I can park my truck inside the garage thank to Matteo who could do what others couldn't.
