I brought my truck in and had them do an oil change after purchasing some BG MOA. The guy at the desk suggested I bring my own oil since I use Royal Purple ( not many shops let you or even suggest that). So I came in and also did an inspection. In my hour and a half wait, I learned a lot from just observing. I learned the following: Everyone that came in and dropped off didn't sign a ticket. They seem to be long time customers that just drop off. The gentleman at the front desk is on a 1st name basis with everyone that came in. You can see the great relationship the shop has with their customers, the parts guy that drops off by how they interact with them. I knew this was the place for me. They are honest, upfront and respect their customers. Bonus that I can bring the oil I want to use since they aren't able to get it. I'm glad I ran across this place. I will definitely be back.

However, when I went to Firestone, they said because of policy, they could only empty out all the oil and I needed to rebuy oil to fill it up to the right amount I call this place, Eric picks up the phone. And he was so accommodating!!! He told me that he could empty out the extra oil, and put the extra oil in a new container. My gosh, I'm so grateful that they helped me out I was feeling so sad at the idea of having to rebuy oil all over again, but these folks came through! Thank you Eric! Hooray to this place! Good people, good hours and good service!
