Had dental anxiety for over 20 years. Molar finally got bad enough that I had to find a provider the Saturday before Christmas. They answered right after opening and were able to get me in the same day. Glad I called early, when I got there they were quite busy and couldn't take any more patients! Doctor and his staff were all super. Made my anxiety drop and whole check in to check out process was done in less than an hour. There was virtually zero pain, just some pressure feeling which can feel weird, but anxiety and neglect are worst. If you're in a similar position don't wait, stop stressing and avoiding foods and take care of those teeth! Will be back to fix other problems now, don't neglect it. Very affordable too. I needed an emergency appointment since a big corner of my molar chipped off. They were able to get me into the office in an hour! The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The dental assistants were extremely polite and professional. And Dr. Shah was kind and gentle when dealing with my procedure. I needed to have a crown due to how big a piece came off my tooth! They were able to fit me and install a temporary on the spot and they said my permanent should arrive in a week or two. I had a pleasant experience at Dr. Shah's dental clinic. We made an appointment on a Saturday and we were both seen on time and the whole process was seamless. Dr. Shah is direct and doesn't recommend anything that you don't need. I had my top two wisdom teeth pulled and the whole process was smooth. I was given post procedure antibiotics and pain medication and they followed with me in 48 hours to make sure I am doing well. I would highly recommend them, office staff is great as well. read more

As a new patient at Baseline Dental, I was a bit skeptical due to the exterior and location but don't let that discourage you. It is very clean and the entire staff is outstanding. Karina in particular was very kind. I'm always nervous and afraid when going to the dentist, because I've always had bad experiences. However, Karina was very nice and understanding which put me at ease. The dental hygienist I believe her name is Michelle was also very kind and gentle while working on my teeth, she kept checking that I was okay and that I wasn't in any pain. This dentist office helped me so much, I didnt have any help while in quarantine for COVID, I was in severe pain, I could not find a dentist that would allow me to make payments while in the process of switching insurances. They were so friendly and efficient with their services from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. They even called me the next day to make sure I was okay. If I could give this dental office more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I had so much pain with my wisdom tooth and struggled finding a place that would take me in. I was able to make a next day appointment and had absolutely no more pain when I left. The doctor is so so great at what he does. I came in a few weeks later for a deep cleaning and was in and out within 30 minutes. They see me as soon as my appointment times hits, no long waits ever. I'm surprised this place does not have more negative reviews. I went in for a check up and the dentist told me I had a small cavity. I agreed to get a filling. During the procedure my tooth felt tight and like it was about to fall out. Once I got home I checked the filling and he had filled the majority of my tooth. He actually filled so much of my tooth that my tooth chipped. It was also silver filling so now my tooth looks black. I went to a different office to try and get it fixed, but they told me I am going to need a root canal to fix it because of how deep the filling is :(( Do not recommend this office!! read more

I made a walk in appointment today for Dr Shah and he managed to impress me although I hate going to the dentist. I was a walk in appointment because I was in pain from a cracked wisdom tooth. Dr Shah was able to quickly take care of my issue and I spent 2 hours in the office from start to finish. At first I thought his price for extraction was a bit high, but considering he had to pull out a deep, thick- rooted, cracked and rotting wisdom tooth (I waited too long), he earned his fee. Dr Shah was very caring and kept asking if I was ok because he didn't want me to suffer any pain. Dr Shaw worked slowly and meticulously to make sure my tooth was removed without cutting into bone. He showed me the root of the tooth and the nerve that was exposed. I feel like crap as the drugs wear off, but I'm happy with the service and will return again. read more
