Went here to have a crown replaced. 6 months later the crown popped off. Went elsewhere to fix and was told the crown was not fitted properly to begin with. On top of that the exam room was not clean. Lastly they took an excessive amount of X-rays (at least 8 or more) very odd. Wow.. where to start. I realize this review will be a long one but please read this if you are considering using this Dentist. I started going to Dr. Seini about 4 years ago. I do not live close to her office but I met her and she seemed very knowledgeable as well as personable. I have since learned this.. There are three things you can guarantee will happen with this office. 1) You will spend hours here because she over books. 2) You will have your appointments changed and/or cancelled 3) You will need a root canal I cannot begin to tell you the hours I have logged in her chair! Ridiculous amounts. I work full time so I have to take time off generally to go in, my time is just as important as hers. I could easily have a 2:00 appointment and be there for three hours or MORE! I will admit, this has caused me to have to cancel and re-schedule appointments knowing most of day would be spent there. With that said, I have many concerns to share. I had a root canal done on my very back top left molar almost TWO years ago, today this is STILL an ongoing issue. The original appointment to do the root canal was 6 hours long!!!! Then to top it off the root canal failed?? I went in and a crown was put on and I went home only to wake up in excruciating pain.. It was infected. Their suggestion was go see a specialist that would cost me around $2500 from start to finish because remember my insurance had already paid for this tooth to be fixed and a crown, or I could pull the tooth and put in an implant for $1500.. Sounds great right? I went back in because Dr. Seini said to come in and she would do her best to fix it. My appointment was something out of a movie! Dr. Seini was not there when I got there so another Dentist in her office started with me (whom is very nice I want to add)and about an hour in here strolls Dr. Seini in a hard hat acting nuts! I mean weird.. Sat on the floor yes the floor in my room talking about the most random things imaginable, barely making sense and slurring her words. Her staff just kept apologizing and doing their best to remain professional all while trying to get her out of my room and off the floor. You can imagine I am now worried about her working in my mouth.. She tells me she is making me a new crown and I can come back in a week and have it put in and the problem should be solved. They put a temporary on and I left after more than 2 hours. I called to make an appointment to get my crown put on and they called me 3 days later and told me that they had to re-schedule that my crown had not yet come in.. strange.. but ok.. I then got really sick, for more than a month I could not even think about sitting in that chair for another day not to mention I was a little scared after her shenanigans at the last appointment. I called insurance too see if I could pick up my crown and go to another Dentist. I was advised that it was in my best interest to finish my work there and then move on if it was at all possible so I called to make an appointment. Dr. Seini answered the phone and told me that the best days would be Wednesday or Thursday 10/6 or 10/7.. I told her Wednesday worked but I had to work until noon so after 2:00 worked, she scheduled me for 2:30. The day before my appointment I received a text message NOT A CALL at ext asking me to confirm my appointment change for tomorrow at NOON... What part of I work is confusing? Why did she assume I could just make that change less than 24 hours before?? So I called and was told that the Doctor had an emergency and needed to leave by 2:00. I am in pain, taking antibiotics and have a packed month and now another change.... So I expressed my frustration to the poor receptionist and she said the doctor would call me back she was doing a procedure. No call until the next morning and no lie this is how the conversation went. Me: Hello Seni: Hi Diane my office said I needed to call you about changing your appt. Me: Yeah this is getting crazy, I called my insurance to see what my options were with this tooth and I would need to file a claim in order to see another Dentist and before I could finish.... Seini: Yeah well do you want me to reschedule my Daughters baptism today, ok I will do that (mumbled something about her ex) ok fine I will change all of my families plans and keep your appointment at 3:00 today.. Me: blown away by what just happen... you know what, never mind I will find another Dentist and hang up... Was that for real?? WTH? So unprofessional. SO now your emergency is your daughters baptism? And this just popped up?? I could go on for ever about other things but this one is the most recent. Please do yourself a favor and keep looking! read more

This place is beyond horrible, if you're thinking about going here then look elsewhere. Their materials and devices are so outdated and old school, their xrays are vintage as in they actually hurt you physically just to take an X-ray. This is not the worst part, I went in for a routine cleaning, I arrived on time and waited for more than 44 minutes, only to be physically hurt during the xrays stuffing metal pieces in my mouth I have never been so horrified to go to the dentist. I wanted to give this place a try but my original dentist is waaayyyy better and up to date with technology. Anyways, once they hurt me I thought the worst was over and my dental cleaning was about to begin but Dr. Seini goes "ok you're done, we'll see you next time for your cleaning", I was outraged, i arrived on time, and got seen very late, I was hurt in the process and only to tell me in the end that I have to schedule a different day for cleaning? Normal dentists do everything the same day, this place is pathetic. Of course I never came back but their office keeps harassing me with phone calls and texts after I respectfully told them to stop calling and bothering me. I have screenshots of the texts and calls and I didn't want to do this but they left me no choice but to write this review. Please if you're reading this DO NOT come to this dentist, btw don't be fooled by the 4+ reviews, after each consult she bribes all her customers with $20 off the next visit in exchange for 5 star reviews on Yelp. This dentist states they are an emergency dental office open 24/7. I called on a Saturday and Dentist Seini said they were closed but she could see me Sunday. I went Sunday without knowing it would be a $199 charge for off hours. After waiting for quite some time, she took me in and the office, chairs, instruments were filthy. She went back to the other patient and was telling the patient she would have to extract a tooth. Then, she comes to me and says she has to extract a tooth and it would be better to get an implant later on. My response was that I would prefer to do anything to save the tooth and if she could prescribe antibiotics and send me to an orthodontist. She agreed but kept insisting that I need to extract instead of repair. I ended up getting a root canal at a different orthodontist's office and my tooth is fine now. Hands down the BEST dentist, oral surgeon and staff I've ever experienced! I came in for a complimentary consultation to have my wisdom tooth removed and in the X-ray Dr. Seini noticed I was due for a deep cleaning and she was able to get me in promptly. I've been avoiding doing a deep cleaning for awhile because I was terrified of being in pain but she assured me I would be fine. She was so gentle and thorough throughout the whole process! She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. It was so painless that I watched a show the whole time! Fast forward to the day of my oral surgery with Dr. Nadia and I was just as impressed with her as I was with Dr. Seini! The procedure was quick and I never had any swelling or pain. I am extremely happy to write this review. I am a medical professional and I know the value of a well rounded doctor. From the initial phone call when I spoke with the front office making my appointment until I left the office was nothing short of a great experience. I was a first time client and spent time trying to find a dentist that I could easily communicate with and basically had a good feeling about. Dr. Seini and her staff were just that. I needed to have 2 caivities filled that were under 2 veneers which were 30 years old and done improperly in the first place. She was able to get everything done and provide me with a brand new smile before I left. (Don't get the wrong impression it was a long appointment but she was able to help me the same day). I have not had a pretty smile since I was 18 (now 46) and have always hated my teeth in pictures. In one appointment she gave me back a feeling I haven't had since I was a kid. Her entire staff was warm, friendly and kind. She was confident and best of all human in her approach to me. I have seen people with bad veneers in the past and have been so worried about replacing bad with more bad. She had a power point with examples of why she does a good job and her results. That itself was something that eased my mind. Her front office and her suppprt staff in the back were just so warm, professional and just awesome. She is right when saying you are nothing without a good staff. Usually in a business they are the ones that will make or break you and today they definitely raised her business to another platform. She recommended for me to have his tooth extracted she gave him some numbing agent and made him feel very comfortable. First time here! First of all, my teeth aren't terrible. I need some cleaning and some mild work here and there. I have been going to my dentist for over 20 years (I'm 27) and when she retired, I was at a lost. Luckily, I found this place while on a Yelp hunt. I called in the morning and made an appointment for the same day after work. I'm so happy they're open later and I don't have to take the time off work. The place is small and I missed it at first. At the first contact with the phone call, I felt immediately comfortable and was happy they're able to accommodate my needs.
