Dr. Seini does wonders. I came in years ago to get caps for my front teeth because they were very thin and my enamels had been worn out due to all the years of eating very acidic foods. My teeth were so sensitive to eating and drinking cold and hot food. Dr. Seini did an amazing job of matching the teeth to my other "real" teeth. No more sensitivity to my front teeth. Fast forward a few years, I chipped my cap and was so distraught. Dr. Seini came to the rescue and fixed it all over again. She even remembered me from years back. So impressed. Samira has been the worst dentist I have ever come across. Not only has she always given me some sort of attitude if I asked any kind of question but I was receiving a teeth mold one time and while my head was leaned back the mold dripped into my throat and I couldn't breath. I started choking and freaking out and where was Samira? No clue probably out in her Mercedes because it took about 15 seconds for her to even come in the room to try and "help". I eventually coughed it up and could breath again. But she proceeded to tell me that it wasn't her fault. Well what dentist leaves a patient with wet mold in the mouth, leaned back, and unattended?? Needless to say I haven't returned since my Invisalign treatment completed. I'm sure she's a nice person to others but never treated me with any respect for whatever reason. I'd like to take the time to recognize Dr Samira. She goes above and beyond providing the best outstanding customer service. Back in Dec I was in so much pain due to a tooth infection from a root canal that was done in 2014. There was a fracture in my tooth that caused the infection and the days went by with the worse headaches. I live in Northern Ca and there was no openings due to COVID and everything being booked. I google emergency dentist and her office came up to my attention. Called her and right way she understood my pain. Decided to drive to southern CA from SF. She opened her office on a Sunday to check me in and did her best to help me with the worse pain. To me it was worthy the distance and money. I like to read reviews and everything despite all the negative comments. Just have your own experience and be positive. I recommend this place as one of top best dentist office in CA. She is very friendly and super cool. She supports the LGBTQ community and well known for her outstanding personality. She is very professional, knowledgeable and organized. Update to respond to Dr Seini's reply to my review... We were never denied Zoom Whitening by you. You simply told us several times you made no money off the service. Instead without even examining my husband other than to ask him to smile, you went into several other options that I'm sure you made more money off of. We left with no service from you because of your condescending attitude, you're rude manner, and the overall shady way you run your business! It had nothing to do with the zoom whitening. My original review... I found Samira Seini's office last year via Yelp and called her office because of her 5 star average reviews. Unfortunately we did not have a 5 star experience. I called and made an appointment for my husband to have Zoom Whitening done. We have a dentist, but they don't offer Zoom whitening, so that was all we were interested in. I was told that was fine, and I made the appointment. When we got to the office we were initially put off by the location. Unfortunately that turned out to be the least of our worries. We walked into the office and all the lights were off, but the front room was filled with people eating lunch on their laps. No one greeted us, so I said we had an appointment and a girl went behind the reception counter and said she would help us. She said that the office was closed, but the people were training or something to that effect. It seemed odd, but whatever... we were only getting the Zoom treatment which the girl said she was going to preform. She took us to a very small room that was a bit of a mess and looked under construction. My husband and I were a bit uncomfortable, but it all happened so quickly... I think we were stunned actually. We sat down and the young girl left. A few seconds later a woman walked in and said she was Dr Seini the dentist, she said she wasn't working that day, but was in the office so she came in to see us. We told her we were there to have Zoom Whitening done. Without sitting or anything she asked my husband to see his smile. He smiled and she asked if he was happy with his smile. She asked him if he was interested in getting veneers. My husband looked confused as he doesn't know what veneers are. I told her no we were there to get the Zoom Whitening. Dr Seini actually said, "I don't make any money on whitening". It was such an odd thing to say! She continued to ask about veneers, and crowns, and correcting my husband's smile (meaning the sight of his teeth). Without an exam or even sitting professionally and looking at him at all other than from her standing position, as she casually walked in... she just went immediately into suggesting treatments. It was all sell, sell, sell without an exam at all! I've never seen any dentist go at a client like this. My husband is super quiet, and a bit hard of hearing... he looked confused and I said again, no we just want the Zoom Whitening. Then she said to me, "Oh you make all the decisions do you? Are you the girlfriend?" She said again she doesn't make money on Zoom Whitening. I couldn't believe this woman was speaking to us this was! It was the oddest experience. I had had enough and I looked at my husband and asked if he was ready to go. The whole things was just wrong! From people sitting in the waiting room eating, not addressing us as we came in, the patient room under construction... and then Samira Seini herself! The whole thing was shocking! We were in and out of there in about 15 minutes. Dr Seini is the rudest woman! I can't believe she runs her business this way! And I can't believe she has a 5 star average rating! Something is wrong! When I came home I went back to see how this dentist could have such good reviews. What I had missed? I looked her up on Yelp again and there it was... I looked at her lowest Yelp reviews and there they were... people sharing the same horrible experience that we've had! Trust me when I say those 1 star reviews are a very true picture of what you can expect if you come here. It sure was our experience! I posted my original review of Dr Seini in the week after we saw her, but she had Yelp remove the review as I was too vague and only told people to look at her 1 star reviews. I didn't want to go over the whole thing again, so when Yelp removed my original review I never posted a new one. I'm interested to see if Yelp continues to remover Dr Seini's negative reviews. I've noticed that when negative reviews are left up on Yelp the dentist usually says, she can't verify that the person ever came in, or that the person must be mistaken. She never apologizes or takes ownership of how poorly she treats some people. Beware!!! read more

I had a great experience at Dr SEINI office. She was referred to me from a co worker. I needed a lot of work. When I first arrived I was apprehensive because I was new to the office. I saw the front desk first very sweet lady named Chan she was very kind and helped me through the whole process of paperwork. The assistant was lovely women so knowledgeable and caring. We took X-rays on me and photos. She was incredible at the X-rays and photos. They had large big screen TV I could see everything that was going on. They explained to me all my conditions and I was very happy I understood the doctor and the diagnosis. I had a amazing cleaning Dr SEINI when to UCSF they must have done good job teaching her to be gentle. She then helped me with implants , filling and crowns. All painless and great price. I've was feeling really sick due to an infected tooth that needed a root canal done. I wasn't able to get ahold of my dentist therefore had to look elsewhere. I had a great experience at Dr. Seini's office. I came in with a lot of pain on my tooth and it turns out I needed a root canal. I was really on a time crunch since I am a student and don't go to school in the area. A lot of other dentist couldn't fit me in until weeks later and that didn't work since I was in a lot of pain and had to leave in two week. Dr. Seini worked with my schedule and took out the pain the same day. And then fit me in to get my crown just in time before I left. It was a wonderful experience. This is the first time at this dentist. I am a scared-y cat when it comes to the dentist!! The shot alone makes me want to run. I have not been to the dentist for 7 years. My last dentist terrorized me, I have never had a dentist i actually liked. This was the first dentist that i felt comfortable. I also like that all women worked in the office. I don't know if i just got lucky that day. I was comfortable as soon i walked in. Samira Seini is so sweet not to mention really pretty.
