I was told in November that I had a really bad cavity which needed a root canal by my now ex Dentist. I was not having pain at the time. I then was told that I needed medical clearance first. Pre existing medical conditions. Then I was going to have to be referred to a root canal specialist and a oral surgeon for wisdom tooth extraction. Long story short none of this was done in time and my 2016 benefits were lost. For the last month the tooth was bothering me. Last night the pain was unbearable. 2000 mg of Ibuprofen and 1,000 mg of Tylenol did nothing for me. I was in excruciating pain. I was desperate went on Yelp found Dr Seini whos page said she was open Sat and Sunday. Read the good reviews and asked my wife to call her office. It was about 9:30 Saturday night. She answered and scheduled us for Sunday morning. Went in and was greeted by her and Amir. Really nice and friendly. Engaging in conversation. I explained what was going on Dr Seini was very nice and comforting. She xrayd the area and found the issues. She told me what it was what needed to be done and how much my insurance covered and what I would be responsible for. My wife who used to do treatment coordination for a Dentist yrs ago said her prices were very fair. I accepted treatment and we began. She made sure that I was comfortable and when something was going to be uncomfortable she told me ahead of time. I experienced very little discomfort. I felt extremely comfortable discussing what was needed to be done. I am someone who is a bit on the shy side and a bit self conscious when it comes to needing work done but I felt very comfortable with Dr. Seina. Earlier that day I had an appointment at another dental office down the street and was having the worst service ever and my boyfriend found her office on yelp and gave her a call and she squeezed me into her schedule and told me to come right away. I can tell she had a lot going on and a lot to do but managed to make sure I was taken care of and to my surprise quickly as well which was another plus for me. She sat down and listened to what I had to say and again was very understanding. She made sure I was numbed up for the extraction and when I had some pain still she immediately stopped and added a couple more injections to make sure I wouldn't feel any pain (). I was extremely grateful that she was able to see me as quickly as she did and she basically saved my day from headaches and worries. I definitely and strongly recommend going to her if you're looking for a new dentist or orthodontist. She's privately owned so you won't deal with any other place that just relies on basic insurance and doesn't care on how they treat you. Do not let the little office and lobby fool you either. This has place has been great. I chipped my front tooth while out on the road for business. It was really embarrassing to all of sudden look like I had buck teeth. Called and set up an appointment as soon as I was back in town. Dr. Seini has been working on my teeth since 2010. In Jan 2014 Dr. Seini extracted ALL four of my wisdom teeth. I was awake and it was very painless. I would recommend everyone and anyone. So this is hands down by far the best dental experience like ever..for so many reasons. So 1 and 2 are tied for the first. They have Netflix...like while your sitting in the dental chair... Awesome but even more so... Ok so they aren't tied anymore Netflix is number 2. This office is amazing because for the first time in months I woke up without wanting to cry from the pain caused by my teeth. In one visit Dr. Seini was able to completely alleviate the bulk of the pain and the follow ups have been painless to date. I can't thank her enough. They listened to my concerns about my TMJ and made sure I had time to rest my jaw during the procedure. I have not had the best experience with dentists. Every time I go I expect the worst and they always make me feel so guilty afterword for not taking better care of my teeth. I was so lucky to come across Dr. Seini's office. It's a small office but, everyone is so personable and kind. Marcela is the first face you see when you come in to the office and she helps with all appointments and billing inquiries. Brianna assists Dr. Seini and she always has a smile on her face and a nice word to share. Dr. Seini and her staff are so caring and make you feel as comfortable as possible They always take the extra time to make sure the job is done right the first time. They have Netflix available in the office which is awesome for you if you have any dental work getting done or for anyone who waits for you in the lobby. I've since relocated to San Diego and Dr. Seini's office he has been very helpful in working around my work schedule. What I like most about this dental office is that they don't make me feel guilty about not taking better care of my teeth, but they do implore and explain the importance of it, I am in the midst of Invisalign care and they were very helpful in helping me apply for CareCredit to pay for expenses.
