The customer service was the worst I've ever had. She sounded intoxicated and literally hung up when I was connected to speak to a rep. I recently went into this office for veneers and I really got a weird vibe. The doctor talked down to me and kept pressuring me to start my veneers right away. I came into Dr. Seini's office for the first time with 2 broken teeth. I had put off going to the dentist for a long time because they honestly scare me. I get anxiety just thinking about going to the dentist. But I thought I would go to Dr. Seini's office because she has good reviews. I was able to book a same day appointment. She saw my broken teeth and told me I wouldn't need a dental implant like I originally thought. She also said one tooth just needed a root canal. I was really surprised. This was all good news to me. Then I was worried about financing my work, but when it came to paying she really worked with me to make it affordable. She also talked to me about my anxieties and made me feel really comfortable. I went to her in good faith she used to be my husbands dentist and then she had me get the crown and it keeps falling and after gluing it several times it got broken then she finally changed it and here the nightmare started she kept a gap between the teeth and the food got stuck my gum is infected I'm having a lot of pain and I have to go to another doctor pay one more time to fix her horrible work, and not mentioning the bad customer service from her and her secretary they are very nice before payment after that they both show there real faces, if there is 0 star I'll put it she doesn't even deserve one star! read more

Honestly I haven't had my cleaning done in a while, but they did such a delicate job :) I came in with lots of stains and inflamed gums but the assistant Gina really got all all the nooks and crannies of my teeth. They cancelled my appointment and I accidentally learned about that being already on my way to their office. Nobody warned about any changes.
