I am honestly still SHOCKED by my results! I came in for saline tattoo removal after getting a very fresh beauty mark tattoo that I immediately realized was too big and not even placed where I truly wanted it. I did not have the best experience! This was my first time going and I chose this establishment based on Yelp reviews. Upon entering and checking in, the receptionist indicated that she could not find my reservation. Even though I did it online and paid in full. I'm not sure how long she took to find my name but then proceeded to tell me they didn't add my name and I wasn't able to be seen at my appointment time. I didn't have plans thankfully and waited approximately 30 minutes. The technician was nice but wasn't very knowledgeable of the service. She wasn't sure how long it lasted or details about aftercare instructions. I was then told they would be sent to me via text. I called back about 20 minutes later because I still haven't received them but I didn't get an answer. I literally had to Google my own after care instructions.
