They replaced the hatch door on my Prius in Summer 2024, covered by insurance. The replacement was…read morefine but it took 2 days longer than they claimed and the car sat in the roasting sun for those 2 days. More importantly, when I got the car back it reeked of Febreze so badly that it literally made me ill. I left the car windows partially open and placed baking soda boxes everywhere and it still took 4-6 months for the odor to go away. I can't imagine why they did this. They're supposed to be working on the outside of the car not the inside. Also, they managed to mess up one of the front windshield wipers so that the clip was sticking up on the windshield and could not be snapped back down.
