Despite the fact that they separately charged my CC and took $470 from me for the permits. This is not how business should be done folks. It seems a little shady that they tried to install different equipment from what they quoted. GOLD MEDAL sold me on a wasted, three-year membership and after replacing parts the first year had to keep coming out due to our AC test every spring, which would blow out warm air.
