This place is always busy. Staff is busy but not very helpful. Cafe is packed and always only has two people working and a half hour wait.

It's a shame, but once I have a bad experience like this, I never go back. I had scanned $257 worth of groceries, which included two bottles of wine. Apparently, even at 70 years old, I must show ID. OK, I'll comply. There was a young girl helping customers in that area, at that time 100% focused on someone upgrading their membership. I casually glanced at my watch as I wondered how long I would have to wait. EIGHT minutes later, she broke away from the upgrade process to help some other customer who just arrived in the area. Then returned to, I assume finish the upgrade. At some point you have to say "ENOUGH". I put my ID away and walked out. Trying to contain my irritation and disappointment, I commented to the gal at the exit what had happened. All she could do was so "Sorry". At least I got that. I then went around to the customer service desk and told the two gals there, to which they said nothing and just looked down. It's a direct reflection on management when nobody knows how or cares to help an unhappy customer. The real problem is that in a case like this EVERBODY loses! I wasted an hour collecting and scanning groceries, only to have to repeat the process at King Super. Sam's had to dedicate resources that apparently they don't have to put everything back. They did get a customer to upgrade his membership only to lose an established $500/month customer. Ridiculous. read more

Tire Installation Policy? Where... We made an appointment last week to have 4 tires installed on my husband's 2006 Honda Ridgeline. We called the Evans, Co Sam's Club location on Jan 6th and selected 3 for their "Tire Service Department", spoke to a woman with broken English. It took the two of us listening very closely to understand what she was saying. That call was a very poor experience. She repeated questions, asked several times what make/model we had. At times it was unclear if she was asking a question or merely just narrating what she was inputting into the computer. Not once did she ask what the mileage on the truck was. When she finally asked for the account information, we stated it was a family member's card who gave us permission to use it to purchase tires. She stated that was not an issue, gathered the account information and set us up for an appointment for Jan 13th. The total would have been $610 for 4 new truck tires. We show up at Sam's today, awkwardly we stand at the "Tire Services" station. No one in sight. A few minutes pass when a woman approaches and asks us if we've been helped. We say no and she proceeds to the back of the tire services department. A few minutes later a man approaches and gather's my husband's information. His first question was, "So this is for a 2006 Honda Ridgeline?" We say yes. He then asks, "With how many miles?" My husband says, "Oh just over 200k..." The Tire Tech responds, "Oh we don't do installation on any vehicle with over 150k miles on it." I tell him that was never mentioned to us and he replies, "Yeah it's not listed on the website anywhere, so when you make the appointment online it doesn't say that." I informed him we called and spoke to someone at this location, it was their local (970) number that we called. He replied, "Oh really? Yeah sorry about that." My husband asked why that was, to which he responded, "I don't know it's just our tire installation policy." He then offers to sell us the tires so we can find someone else to install it. It is very cold in Colorado today and will be in the next 3 days. We decided to leave. I have now been home for hours, researching this "Tire Installation Policy". It does not exist. I found their "Tire Installation Article #177" that does not say anything regarding the inability to install tires on older cars with over 150k miles on them. Customer service is a dying art and absolutely does not exist at Sam's Club. We do not live close to Sam's Club, it took us an hour to drive here. We were happy to do so with such a large savings. What this Tire Tech/Mechanic should have done was honored the set appointment. We will not be going back to Sams and actually my family will switch to Costco. read more

I get going this morning early and swing by Sam's to pick up a few items. Arrive about 9:20 and apparently the store isn't open for low life's like me. It's open for "Plus" members only. So you want me to pay extra to go to a terrible part of town and shop in a mediocre box store? Sams, you lost a sale today and you lost future sales as well as a membership renewal. My 87 year old mother recently purchased hearing aids at the Sam's Club store in Evan's, CO and I went along with her. Everything went well with the hearing test and purchasing the hearing aids. In the meantime my mother began having some issues getting the hearing aids into her ears so she stopped for a follow-up visit for assistance on 6.29.24. Upon explaining the issue of getting the hearing aids into her ears to the audiologist the audiologist became incredibly abusive to my mother asking her at point if she could put her glasses on without help or put her earrings on without help. Ultimately the audiologist figured out the tubes that came with the hearing aids were not long enough for the hearing aids to reach where they need to be in my mom's ear canal. In spite of the fact that the tubes were not long enough when my mother bought the hearing aids the audiologist was spiteful enough to charge her $150 to change them. The audiologist then turned the hearing aids up as high as possible and asked my mother mockingly if she could hear her now? Then she put her hand over her mouth and spoke again asking her if she could hear what she was saying in a belittling manner. My mother had further questions, but left the store feeling humiliated from the treatment she endured while trying to get a simple issue resolved on what was a major purchase for her. After being lied to about this club not servicing Dually's(this is where I bought the tires), was forced to talk to an assistant manager. Asked him to provide to me the policy saying duallys are unserviceable and proved him wrong. After waiting for quite a while, was called over with their next excuse that they can not balance the same tires they balanced 3 months ago when they were bought new... laziness. read more

Went in to go shopping. Lost my hat outside the front door. Quickly came back for it, they told me it got wet and they threw it away. WHAT??? Lost and found? That hat was extremely important to me. They told me it was put in the trash compactor. How rude? I was there within an hour and you put my belongings into a trash compactor? That's horrible service. ITS CALLED LOST AND FOUND FOR A REASON. That's where stuff that gets lost goes. To the basket boy that LIED about throwing my hat away. I hope you lose your job. You told me you gave the hat to another employee and the truth is that you threw away the hat. Why LIE to me? Thanks for compacting my special hat in your trash. The store is a standard store but at no time ever do they have someone in store to do mobile sales. Unless it's Christmas time. Once a year they have someone to makes sales this is all of Colorado stores. It's beyond disappointing. read more

I'm much happier shopping here now that I'm not haggled upon entering the store to show my ID card. It made no sense. You can't purchase anything without the card, and you can't get one without entering the establishment. Checking for a card at the door just made it more of a pain to go shopping there. Now, if we can just get Walmart to stop checking receipts ten seconds after they give them to me, I'd go there more often, maybe. read more

It's awesome that all of the staff wear masks and are super courteous but is clear the store has no issue with customers not wearing masks even though state mandated. Was in there today and am estimating that at least 30% of customers weren't wearing masks. If this important to you would recommend staying clear of the Sam's Club in Greeley and driving to Loveland where there seems to be better compliance. read more

Tried to price out tires for my BMW and the man at the tire counter to told me "I don't work on BMW's because my lift won't lift it" I have bought many tires here for my previous BMW's and never had a problem. I guess they have more business than they need. If you need tires, look elsewhere. read more

Great store always clean when I go, now with the app you can scan each item you grab and pay on phone and leave without checking out in the front, never have to wait in line again. read more
