Picked up the machine on Friday and because they are closed on the weekend return day was a Tuesday. The machine worked and we were able to locate all 10 valves for our system. Pick up was easy as was returning the machine. We have also used this place to order online and get items delivered to us.

And they adamantly refused to refund us! They said it was delivered and they wouldn't do anything about it. Seriously! Fast forward to the completion of the product, it became evident that the tile was defective. An inspector from Floor & Decor confirmed that the tiles were defective & it would be hard to tell as such until they were installed. Floor & Decor offered us a refund of said tiles but our entire brand new bathroom needed to be redone because of the defects. Floor & Decor refused to refund us of costs accrued because of their defective tiles, and to make it even worse, continued to sell the defective tiles in store.
