If you are a DIYer this is the place for you. Needed to locate all the valves for our 20+ year old sprinkler system so found this place and was able to rent a machine for 48 hours to help us do the locating. Picked up the machine on Friday and because they are closed on the weekend return day was a Tuesday. The machine worked and we were able to locate all 10 valves for our system. Pick up was easy as was returning the machine. We have also used this place to order online and get items delivered to us.

The concrete sprinkler head donuts fall apart within a year and company will not replace.

The previously opened package. Seal half missing on this "New" item.

I ordered through Amazon. Amazon has options for ordering "New" and "Like New". I ordered a new item, for $248 plus taxes. When it arrived I opened the outer box to find the item packaging had been opened and resealed. So what I had did not look new at this point. Someone had it before me. I looked in side and found dust on the outlet transformer. Such things don't get dusty while in the box. Inside the main unit, the proprietary battery pack was installed and there were many finger prints. Side Note: Would you accept a device with already installed battery pack? The pack is proprietary and they cost $20 to buy from the manufacturer. I sent it back the next day using the Amazon label for tracking, dropping it off at UPS. I watched as UPS sealed the box and applied the label. They initially wanted $1.68 for printing the label. I said if they charged me I would ask Amazon to pay me back, and they waived it. The seller, Sprinkler Warehouse, of Katy TX, has the tracking showing I dropped it off. It also shows it weighs 3 lbs. Two problems: 1) They want to wait and hold onto my money until they receive it back. I understand some people are fraudsters, but the only dishonesty here in my view is shipping an item for "new" when it is not as it was when the manufacturer delivered it to them. 2) I sent them quality pictures of the problem. They could have said it was a mistake, refunded straight away or offered a replacement. Instead, they tried to say it is new, and it's acceptable to sell items like this as "new". The conversation even involved them suggesting it was like buying a car someone else had a test drive in. Well I'm sorry but it is not like that. Both Amazon and the seller would not refund until the item they sent me as new was back in their actual possession. It was not the new item I ordered. And they did not accept responsibility but said it was ok to resell items for full price as "New" - that's the point here, if you want to sell previously sold, returned goods, you should list them "As new" or "Like new" (which Amazon does have a listed price for on this actual item) So, buyer beware. Note: Copies of correspondence available if Yelp needs them to validate this review.

I should have received 15 of these. I only received 5.

Don't pay for priority processing! With this company, it's a waste of money. I ordered 15 parts with threaded ends. I received 5 of what I ordered and 10 of something else with plug ends. This company never answers the phone when I call. I've sent two emails to the email address they list for customer service. No one has responded to either. I've given up on ever getting what I ordered.

New Pressure Vacuum Breaker installation from Sprinkler Warehouse

Following a freeze in Missouri City TX our Pressure Vacuum Breaker cracked because of water that was not purged from the housing. I went on You Tube to find a method to repair the unit myself and behold, a presentation by Sprinkler Warehouse provided an excellent overview on the hardware and process for Pressure Vacuum Breaker replacement and protection steps to prevent another cracked unit. The folks at Sprinkler Warehouse were great and had everything I needed in stock. I highly recommend Sprinkler Warehouse for all of your irrigation equipment.

Thats a lot of valves, I used "Rainbird 100-DVF 1-inch FNPT" that I can rebuild instead of digging up my yard....Oh yeah !!

I am a Huge Sprinkler Warehouse fan. I replaced 51 valves, some that were "rainbird", and some that were an off brand (that I regret installing). Sprinkler Warehouse has the "Best" prices and fast shipping (that is free if you qualify). I need quality, value, and fast shipping..Sprinkler Warehouse delivers on all of these, and has "Great" customer service....look no farther...Sprinkler Warehouse is the "BEST"...across the board !! These guys Rock !!

Ordered 6 valves, 5 are missing the adjusting knob and 1 is sheared in half. How is that even put in the box? Who knows where other half is.

Every time we've made the effort to drive out -- often 30 minutes each way -- with our baby and our dog, we've been met with repeated refusals from employees to use the pet wash. The excuses vary each time: "It's under maintenance," "We're about to close," "Someone else is using it," or vague reasons that feel more like avoidance than valid operational concerns. On several occasions, we weren't even allowed to check the pet wash ourselves to verify the claims. It's extremely frustrating and frankly feels like the staff simply doesn't want to deal with customers using that service. As loyal customers who have chosen TSC for both pet supplies and convenience, it's incredibly disappointing to receive this kind of treatment -- not once, but multiple times, across different locations. The lack of accountability and consistency in customer service is unacceptable. I hope this review brings this issue to the attention of store management and the corporate team. The pet wash is one of the advertised features that brings people into your stores -- please ensure your employees are trained to either provide the service as promised or communicate honestly and respectfully with your customers.

I have had the privilege and pet the KOI while feeding. It's unlike any other experience you've had. My most recent visit was to pick up some "Dirty Dirt" which is dirt made from food waste compost from the Heights area of Houston. While they're much more expensive, its top quality product and all of my plants thrive living in it. I planted my most recent batch of garden plants, several different types of Certified Organic/Non-GMO potatoes (the plants are sprouting thru the dirt and it's only been a week!). In addition, I got an Orange tree, Swiss Mint, and a few other little goodies for my back yard. The staff answered all of my questions and I went home feeling like I had a true experience. I spent 2.5 hours there, they were very peaceful and happy 2.5 hours. I highly recommend spending some time here.

As we waited the manager informed everyone that it would be limited 2 per family. There were at least 6 groups in front of me and they all lined up. I did the same with my daughter. When it got to my daughters turn she was turned away cause they told her a parent needed to be with her even though she's 13. She was buying for herself and I was buying for my niece. She went back to the car and once I saw the line almost gone I spoke to the manager and explained to him that she was buying for herself and so forth. He was nice enough to tell me she could get in the back of the line and buy her 2. That's the nice part of the story. We get to the register and I told the cashier Brenda that we were wanting to buy 2. She immediately said no that it was 2 per family. I explained to her that the manager had okayed the transaction. This lady literally started raising her voice at me telling me "it's not going to happen", "think of the children" and some other nonsense. So I asked her to get the manager and she started telling me "you can argue all you want but I'm telling you it's not going to happen" All while she was putting everything away. So she goes and calls for the manager and he comes over and tells her "Brenda just let her go. Give her 2". She starts telling him no, because there are people who called and will be on their way. I started to tell the manager what she had said and he's like "no she couldn't have said that". And I'm like yes she did you can ask my daughter and she has been so rude. (Which I spoke to another customer and she witnessed this). So he turns to her and tells her give her one more. So she reluctantly gives me one but the whole time is yelling "shame, shame on you! Think of the kids shame on you!". I'm trying to tell her do you not see a child with me? Which only makes her be louder telling me shame on me in front of a line of customers. To make everything even worse I try to pay with my tap pay with the wrong card and she goes "ha it's declined". I pick the right one and paid. I left in tears feeling humiliated, embarrassed, angry because I am not a reseller. I try to get them one for my daughter that has adhd and these are so helpful in school for her and a second one for my niece. I've never in my life have been made to feel so humiliated like today. Finding these needohs was something fun me and my daughter do but now this has been a bit traumatic not just for me but for my daughter too.
