If you are a DIYer this is the place for you. Needed to locate all the valves for our 20+ year old sprinkler system so found this place and was able to rent a machine for 48 hours to help us do the locating. Picked up the machine on Friday and because they are closed on the weekend return day was a Tuesday. The machine worked and we were able to locate all 10 valves for our system. Pick up was easy as was returning the machine. We have also used this place to order online and get items delivered to us.

The concrete sprinkler head donuts fall apart within a year and company will not replace.

The previously opened package. Seal half missing on this "New" item.

I ordered through Amazon. Amazon has options for ordering "New" and "Like New". I ordered a new item, for $248 plus taxes. When it arrived I opened the outer box to find the item packaging had been opened and resealed. So what I had did not look new at this point. Someone had it before me. I looked in side and found dust on the outlet transformer. Such things don't get dusty while in the box. Inside the main unit, the proprietary battery pack was installed and there were many finger prints. Side Note: Would you accept a device with already installed battery pack? The pack is proprietary and they cost $20 to buy from the manufacturer. I sent it back the next day using the Amazon label for tracking, dropping it off at UPS. I watched as UPS sealed the box and applied the label. They initially wanted $1.68 for printing the label. I said if they charged me I would ask Amazon to pay me back, and they waived it. The seller, Sprinkler Warehouse, of Katy TX, has the tracking showing I dropped it off. It also shows it weighs 3 lbs. Two problems: 1) They want to wait and hold onto my money until they receive it back. I understand some people are fraudsters, but the only dishonesty here in my view is shipping an item for "new" when it is not as it was when the manufacturer delivered it to them. 2) I sent them quality pictures of the problem. They could have said it was a mistake, refunded straight away or offered a replacement. Instead, they tried to say it is new, and it's acceptable to sell items like this as "new". The conversation even involved them suggesting it was like buying a car someone else had a test drive in. Well I'm sorry but it is not like that. Both Amazon and the seller would not refund until the item they sent me as new was back in their actual possession. It was not the new item I ordered. And they did not accept responsibility but said it was ok to resell items for full price as "New" - that's the point here, if you want to sell previously sold, returned goods, you should list them "As new" or "Like new" (which Amazon does have a listed price for on this actual item) So, buyer beware. Note: Copies of correspondence available if Yelp needs them to validate this review.

I should have received 15 of these. I only received 5.

Don't pay for priority processing! With this company, it's a waste of money. I ordered 15 parts with threaded ends. I received 5 of what I ordered and 10 of something else with plug ends. This company never answers the phone when I call. I've sent two emails to the email address they list for customer service. No one has responded to either. I've given up on ever getting what I ordered.

New Pressure Vacuum Breaker installation from Sprinkler Warehouse

Following a freeze in Missouri City TX our Pressure Vacuum Breaker cracked because of water that was not purged from the housing. I went on You Tube to find a method to repair the unit myself and behold, a presentation by Sprinkler Warehouse provided an excellent overview on the hardware and process for Pressure Vacuum Breaker replacement and protection steps to prevent another cracked unit. The folks at Sprinkler Warehouse were great and had everything I needed in stock. I highly recommend Sprinkler Warehouse for all of your irrigation equipment.

Thats a lot of valves, I used "Rainbird 100-DVF 1-inch FNPT" that I can rebuild instead of digging up my yard....Oh yeah !!

I am a Huge Sprinkler Warehouse fan. I replaced 51 valves, some that were "rainbird", and some that were an off brand (that I regret installing). Sprinkler Warehouse has the "Best" prices and fast shipping (that is free if you qualify). I need quality, value, and fast shipping..Sprinkler Warehouse delivers on all of these, and has "Great" customer service....look no farther...Sprinkler Warehouse is the "BEST"...across the board !! These guys Rock !!

Ordered 6 valves, 5 are missing the adjusting knob and 1 is sheared in half. How is that even put in the box? Who knows where other half is.

Worried so far. Ordered a 5k order of residential lawnmower, trailer, and other things same day…read moredelivery, by the cutoff time despite having to call the online customer support to finish the order. Was given the number to the store that would be handling the order and delivery. six hours later, no online change of tracking information just "being prepared", I call the store to find out the manager cant tell me when the order will be delivered, and all i can do is wait for a call from the driver, of which she also didnt know when that would be. She tells me the store is backed up with 50 other orders, and they only have one driver and it will take the big truck. One driver? One delivery driver? No automatic relay of the order to another location that can handle the delivery and has the items in stock? Just left in total darkness without any idea at that location or the online customer service that i called again to see if they had any insight. all they could do is call the store themselves and heard the same story verifying that it is typical and is a corporate policy to only have 1 delivery driver at each location. thats embarrassing, and certainly not local store management fault. I'm worried about if i will get a complete mower in new condition.. so much for same day delivery, at least the guy online waived the 70 dollar delivery fee. no prioritization of large dollar items, no update or sms messages updating any change in delivery or status of delivery either online or via sms. Sitting here a day later with "wait for a call from the delivery driver" as my answer. I wanted to avoid this whole thing with the big box stores and look at what i stepped into... WE WILL SEE... I will be glad to turn this review into a glowing praise of Kiera and the TSC team at the Katy location and corporate policy that hobbles them,, but so far? Keeping my fingers crossed but not hopeful. UPDATE: later this morning get a text message stating delivery is on its way.. estimated arrival by 2pm YES!!!! EXCITED!!!,,, oh then i go online a little later in the day, and its now by 5pm... hmmmm...... such a good feeling to then be ZOINK,, not so fast buddy.. still keeping fingers crossed.. will let you know how it goes.. very hopeful though, c'mon Kiera.. kick it for me!! I know y'all can do it!!! -------LAST UPDATE-----SUCCESS!!! A day after order the mower arrived with everything else in perfect condition, new, gleaming glorious and glowing. I stand and applaud the team at Katy on FM1434 and bow to the excellence exhibited by Kiera, manager of the Garden and Tractor department for pulling that off for me. The delivery driver was a good guy and gave me the option to deliver around 7 or the next morning. Very cool. Excellence all around and Im now glad that I purchased this and chose the delivery option at this Tractor Supply Co location. Happy customer! Will certainly do business again. I need some trees.

I have had the privilege and pet the KOI while feeding. It's unlike any other experience you've had. My most recent visit was to pick up some "Dirty Dirt" which is dirt made from food waste compost from the Heights area of Houston. While they're much more expensive, its top quality product and all of my plants thrive living in it. I planted my most recent batch of garden plants, several different types of Certified Organic/Non-GMO potatoes (the plants are sprouting thru the dirt and it's only been a week!). In addition, I got an Orange tree, Swiss Mint, and a few other little goodies for my back yard. The staff answered all of my questions and I went home feeling like I had a true experience. I spent 2.5 hours there, they were very peaceful and happy 2.5 hours. I highly recommend spending some time here.
