The gal I spoke to on the phone was very nice, and she was also the one that waited on me when I went to pick it up. This CVS is inside the Target store and was very easy for me to access as it was right by the front door. The fact that there was no line was even better. I will be happy to use this location while we are in the area.

My experience with this pharmacy has been over years before and after Covid. I'm able to get the…read moreservices (pharmacy/vaccines) and products I need. Sometimes I order online and pick up. Other times a visit the store. It isn't the cleanest of stores and it seems the staff is very overworked/understaffed. My customer service experience is extensive and I can offer some empathy. The pharmacy is always busy and I'm finding it more frustrating working with insurance companies and co-pay cards that is not the fault of the pharmacist trying to help people. In less than 5 minutes of being in the store, I noticed a female employee with short brown hair following me around multiple aisles as I tried to find the skin cream. For the first two aisles I thought it was a coincidence, and decided to test it by quickly walking to another aisle. Sure enough, not even a minute passed and she was at the end of the aisle, "fixing" something, and glancing over her shoulder at me. She never approached me to ask if I needed help with finding anything, she kept a distance yet close enough to still see me. For context I'm a white woman and I was wearing sweats and a mostly plain navy crew neck...I might not look the most polished today, but do you have to be in order to browse through the skin care without being watched? It's a shame, could only find a cream that matched what I needed for $50 and I was ready to panic/defeat buy it till I picked up on what was happening. Only left with the tooth brush heads, decided not to spend any extra money in there than what I needed. The cherry on top was turning around at the exit after checking out (paying customer! Gasp!) and seeing her intensely checking one of the aisles I went down, and then look up to see me leave. To the woman who followed me in the store: Ma'am, whoever you are, I just got done crying in my car to Shania Twain, and tbh I didn't know what was up or down, let alone where anything was in the very confusing skin care layout. Last time I was there the woman checking me out at the pharmacy went out of her way to help me. She volunteered the help, I didn't ask, I realize the drive-thru has some slow times. When I needed to have a Covid test, I realized why. This process takes much longer than just picking up medicine. It can't be helped. I was grateful for a drive-thru Covid test so close to home. If I am in a hurry, I get out of drive-thru line and go in the store. All other times in the rest of the store - the staff are always pleasant and helpful. Sometimes I order online, for store pick-up. This is handy. The photo shop is handy too. Bottom line, I'm grateful for all the services offered by this very convenient store! Thank you! P.S. I placed an order yesterday morning with the intention of going after work to pick it up. The whole situation was messy when I placed my first order it was "cancelled" I called and asked why and the employee said "Its sold out" I went about telling her on the app it still lets people order and she said "oh." Very unhelpful so I just went ahead and placed an order with the perfume she said was in stock. I got the message of "Order placed" on my app but never got an actual text of its ready. I told her there's no way Im at work and the manager went about how I shared my information with someone and they had my same name an ID. Mind you I did the fragrance promotion so my pickup items were more than 150$+ worth of items. She kept making it seem like my fault but they gave it to someone else. I told her I was wanting to press charges and she said no need they will. I was supposed to get A call back never did waited 4 hours and decided to call again. ANOTHER manager answered the phone and said "were working on it, are you sure you didn't give out your information to someone else." I said no! I'm at work and he described the person and car type and changed the story and told me ID isn't required for pickup. Yet the other manager said they checked her ID. Definitely feel like they shared my information with someone and I'm pretty sure they have done it before with how little concern they had with the situation. I called cooperate and they said sorry but since they said they asked for order number it falls on me, and I have to dispute. I have been shopping at CVS for A while and have only good things to say about the Lake Drive location and Plainfield. Very sad too about how little corporate helped too.

When I went in to get them, I was told they would be be ready until the next day because they had to be ordered. The next day I called and they said they hadn't ordered them and it would be another day to get them. If I ever get these prescriptions from them, it will probably be the last time. No one ever notified me of the delay and they obviously don't care about customers if they are lying about ordering them and not calling to let me know about any delays.
