    Really???

    Had a polish dog and a drink. Apparently they are not using Nathan's hot dogs any more. What they gave me had a really soft, cheap texture and not the normal good texture and flavor of Nathan's. The bun was ripped and squished. The ketchup looked like red water. I hope the other locations aren't cutting corners like this one. I think the employees also need more training.

    I have always had a good experience shopping at this location. I use the Pharmacy as well and would recommend this location.

    This Sam's pharmacy never opens on time. They close during lunch from 1:30-2 but never open back up at 2

    I do not think this Sams Club has good management. The workers are not as happy and friendly as the ones at the other Sams Club I visit.

    My wonderful collector Lisa from the Philadelphia area commissioned me to paint this huge piece…read more(40x40") depicting the place her family stayed in Paris. So many beautiful memories for their family happened right here. I enjoyed painting it so much! I finished the first painting in January 2023. I took it to Artistic Wholesale. I'd been bringing my business to them for about two years. When I expressed concern about mailing such a large piece and when I asked if they could crate it, the sales associate pointed out that the guy who did the packaging had just walked in and I could ask him. I don't recall his name. He told me something to the effect of: "we do this all the time! It will be fine." Options of archival glass, museum glass, and plexiglass were presented to me. When plexiglass was suggested, I asked how it would look, and was told that glass would look the best. This painting was created to hang above a fireplace in the collector's home. I told them where the painting would hang and asked how plexiglass would look. I was told it wouldn't look as good as glass. No one mentioned anything about risk. So, I chose glass. I again asked: will this painting be ok being shipped with the way you package it? Again I was told, "no problem! We do this all the time." Once the painting was framed, which looked fantastic, Artistic Wholesale packaged it up to what they said was "UPS standards" and shipped it out. On February 14, 2023 I received texts, videos, and photos from my collector telling me that the package was completely intact, but that the glass was shattered, the painting was cut up beyond repair, and the frame had little nicks and cuts in it rendering it unusable. I was shocked and devastated, as was my collector. She told me that the only thing protecting the painting was a layer of foam core in front and behind the painting all wrapped in plastic sheeting material with a thin layer of bubble wrap. There was NO styrofoam, packing peanuts filling the box to cushion it, or corner pieces protecting the painting. Over the last months I've tried to get Artistic Wholesale to help make this right. I wish I could get UPS to reimburse my losses, but they have told me I can't get any sort of reimbursement, because it's now past 60 days. The UPS website indicates that only the shipper (which was Artistic Wholesale) can file a claim and, to my knowledge, they never did. The first painting took me 40 hours to finish and the second one took 26 hours ....not counting all hours of communication with my collector to assure them I'll completely take care of them; buying new supplies; attempting to get the frame company to cover some of the costs for this loss, my time lost in getting more commissions (I haven't been able to take any more new commission paintings while working on this), more materials, and new shipping costs; I've also worked for hours with a lawyer to try to get the owner of Artistic Wholesale to help out. The owner responded taking zero responsibility for what happened. Here's how I'm handling this situation for my customer: I've repainted the piece and am getting ready to ship the painting to a new framer near the home of my collector. I was fortunate to find a Fort Knox-type-impenetrable tube (from the kind people at Sugar House Awning) in which to ship the new painting. I'll roll up the painting, cover it in bubble wrap, and seal it inside this tube, then ship it off with the maximum insurance. This situation makes me sad, frustrated, and very upset that after YEARS of having a great relationship with Artistic Wholesale that the owner doesn't seem to care. However, it demonstrates to me, as a small business owner and consumer, the paramount importance of excellent customer service and taking responsibility for damages and unhappy clients. I'd recommend using another framer for your framing needs. I cannot in good conscience recommend coming to Artistic Wholesale because they don't own up to their mistakes nor do they take care of their customers when mistakes are made.

    My opinion is more rock solid after reading all the following reviews!…read more So after my lengthy experience with this dishonest company I will never use them again for bulk shirt ordering, let me explain... I placed an order for some bulk shirt items and didn't think anything of it having done this with other companies many times before for years. This company had a shirt I wanted to try and I took a gamble buying it and boy was it a bad one! As I waited for my order to arrive it was around 2 week's that I questioned about the location of my order. Again not thinking about it I called and was told it was lost and the shipping information noted that it was delivered to the east coast somewhere. So this was the start to finding the levels of discourteous patterns I would discover about them over time. Again I had to call back and dreading this it took everything out of me to do it but I needed these items as my customers where expecting delivery. My package was located and after it arrived very late, the order was inventoried to find that one of the items sent was wrong. So now you can imagine my anxiety at this point of having to yet call again and listen to the sharp, and overbearing agent that cannot be told otherwise. I had no idea my day was about to go sideways since the first run in with this guy. I know I'm stuck having to waste my time with this poor representative of a human but he did send out a replacement after pulling some teeth and his instructions were to send back the other item as soon as this one arrived and they would take care of the rest as it would be considered an even exchange. So I believed him and this was an even bigger mistake that given this company my business. This was too good to be true. 3 months later I was charged for this item including shipping. There was no communication from them or a shipping label ever provided for the return. So here we are; items ordered, lost, found, replaced but with underhanded conditions and now a company that is guilty of unauthorized fraudulent charges. So I can't do this anymore, I had to call in to put all this together but as expected it what a mistake. I was told I would not receive a refund and they would not take back the original unused item and so NO refund would be issued. So it's not surprising that others have experienced this push back with this mom & pop outfit. They are rude, dishonest, and misleading. The good news is there are other options out there with higher quality products and far better customer service so all I can do is tell others of my exhausting experiences with this poor company. They also offer no push back or at least a positive reciprocating conversation that doesn't end in utter frustration.

Mines been 5 weeks total now, and after speaking to a very rude representative, "John", I'm severely annoyed. You are supposed to issue a tracking number with your return. I had asked the postal lady to do that (not knowing I was supposed to get a copy), and I assumed it was on the box. So now that I don't have this number, my refund has been delayed, and I was told I would receive it on Monday - Wednesday. And now it's Wednesday - Friday, and now it could be another week or two. I'M SO OVER IT. Especially because this rep was literally just saying on the phone "well you didn't give us a tracking number, so there's nothing I can do" Not a "sorry, I've emailed multiple people, with no response, I'm trying." it just automatically goes to him being frustrated with me because there was no tracking number. "well we sent you the instructions in the email" so annoyed. Very rude. I just want my money back. Worst service ever.

    I did a charge on a transaction with my EBT card, and accidentally hit 'cash' instead of 'food'…read more At (lack of) Customer Service, they said that they could only refund me $75 of the $200 transaction. I wasn't very happy about that, but then when I tried to do a return for $73 they weren't able to process the small refund, so they wouldn't even give me the 75 that they said they could. She (the mgr. or asst. mgr.) just told me she couldn't do it, and that was it. No explanation; no anything. Then the original person helping me, 'Manny', shoved my items towards me sharply, without even meeting my eyes! I waited for an apology as I gathered my things, but neither of them offered one. I was shocked at the lack of Customer service and their horrible attitudes... not even a smile, and an apology when they couldn't provide a service??? Rude AF. I wish I could choose 'no stars'.

Best gas prices in town. Yes, it's crowded. I think maybe the tactic to actually save money at Costco is to only buy what you can carry. They sort of prey on our excitement over novelty and encourage you to wander by constantly moving things around and not labelling aisles. The one bad thing I'll say is once the pharmacy forgot about me and I waited for over half an hour for a scheduled vaccine after checking in and then they didn't even acknowledge it until I asked point blank. People that arrived 20 minutes after me, were called in before me even! My partner who checked in at same time got his vaccine after 5 minutes. They just started putting pieces together after they noticed me STILL sitting there. ANNOYING! I think I should have gotten a free shot or pastry for the trouble. :) One good thing I'll say about the pharmacy is sometimes prescriptions are cheaper when you use the Costco discount INSTEAD of your health insurance. Prescription insurance can be such a scam. You have to ask them to compare the price, they can't just tell you it's cheaper without insurance.
