I was told the boat had dual batteries it did not, as for being like new in and out, trailer tires were shot (rotted) blew out 1tire first 200 miles all 5 tires were shot including spare. I returned home with it (2500 miles) as I started to prepare for upcoming season and dewinterizing the boat found cooling system impeller shot, power steering pump need replacement, stereo speakers shot all rattling. I understand what (AS IS) means. But like new in and out ??... I fault myself for not doing a better inspection at time of pickup and demanding a sea trial. live and learn I got a hook for sure.
