The night before our rental I received an email from them saying the jet ski we were scheduled to use had been damaged, and we could reschedule or take a refund. I responded via email and left a voice mail saying I would like the refund. I called the next day, and was able to reach someone to once again confirm I would like the refund, and they said they would process it. 5 days later, still no refund. I called back again, and the gentleman said he would look into it and call me back. He never called back. Now, they do not pick up the phone when I call. I've left voicemails, and they haven't called me back. It's been almost two weeks, and still no refund. I've had it, and called my credit card company directly to get this resolved. Do not do business with these guys. Save your money and save yourselves a headache.

They don't answer the first time typically, but immediately call you back and text you instructions on exactly how to get to the shore! On Saturdays/Sundays they typically keep the jet ski's out so you can confirm your time, arrive and you're ready to go! The jet ski's were in good condition, the rental paperwork was short and easy, and both gentleman were very friendly! This was a wonderful excursion on a beautiful summer day with my little brother, will definitely be renting again soon! For one jet ski for two hours was $160, with a credit deposit that is fully refundable.

The pontoon boat was old, looked like something from the 1980s. It did good just to putter around the lake. We did a four hour rental and only had 30 minutes using the tube due to company forgetting the tube; delivered 45 minutes into the booking. But they forgot the life jackets. This took another 1.5 hours to get to us. And then they only brought 1. At this point we asked to change boat because of the whole lame situation. They said no because it would take too long. It was a horrible boat rental. Don't use this company. I paid $700 and didn't have fun. The girls were miserable. Worst Party rental ever!!!!

GREAT PLACE TO RENT A PONTOON BOAT in Granbury, Tx on Lake Granbury.!!!!…read moreMy wife, son, daughter-in-law, and two grand girls (ages 11 and 14) had a blast on a 9 person pontoon rented from Sam's Dock last weekend. The weather was perfect and the 5-star service provided by Cameron (great enthusiasm for his job) was really appreciated by our group. It was our first time on Lake Granbury, so he gave us a great orientation to the lake and how to stay in the deep channel away from any trouble or shallow areas. We were able to see availability on the Sams Dock website, and secured our start time reservation right there online. We rented a large pontoon that was super clean, and in perfect working order with good safety features of latched doors, safety equipement on board, and safety 3ft high wall around the deck that created a safe platform inside for the kids. (Good to have boundaries for the kids!) Although we didn't do it, we could have rented a tube to pull behind the boat as the motor was quite powerful. Ii easily was able to go up to 35 or 40 miles per hour. (tubbing next time.) The girls did swim from the boat and the fold-down ladder helped get them back in the boat easily. We rented the boats for 2 hours as it was our first time to try out the lake. Next time I'd like to try half-a-day or full day so we can stop for lunch and do some fishing. Having owned a boat for 12 years before, it is a much better deal to rent. It saves a whole lot of money and a whole lot of work and a whole lot of worry about the maintenance of the boat. **** Thank you Cameron at Sam's dock for a great experience!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating in helping me get going. Explained everything clearly. The boat itself was awesome as well. Will definitely be back to do it again!
